He communicated almost daily, and was at the jobsite regularly. He staffed the project with capable subcontractors who did their work timely and professionally. My family used West Coast Construction Pro to construct an addition on our cottage home, nearly doubling its square footage. James and company offer reasonably priced bids and the team does excellent work for the value. James, in particular, is very transparent about work performance and willing to go beyond contractual scope to accommodate unique client and homeowner requests. For instance, James expedited our expansion so that our newborn daughter could celebrate her first Christmas at home. And, even through the project’s few hiccups, James did all he could to remedy each issue to satisfy our concerns. We wanted to build a master suite addition, but were running into obstacles when it came to finding a good, reliable General contractor. It was our great fortune to have found James. He prepared a thorough and transparent estimate which we please to get. His estimate was very fair and he did what he said he was going to do. His subcontractors were nice to work with and they were respectful of us and our property. Some of them do work late into the night, but we didn’t mind; we were happy to get the work done. The addition turned out beautifully and we didn’t have to wait for ages to complete it. We liked his work so much James is now doing our remodel.

James has been wonderful with us and has made us a very beautiful balcony we are very proud of. He has been patient with our questions and asks and has been always eager to listen to us. He has asked our opinions at every stage of the balcony project and has provided his too to come to an even stage of understanding.Even when the project was almost complete, he never was hurrying up and always has been meticulous about the details just as we have been. When necessary or shortage of time or labor, he himself has pitched in to get the job done.There was a hiccup with the floor, delay with the door, James kept following up with us and providing updates and not until he resolved it did he rest. I wish the project could have completed a lot sooner than it did, though in the end the project has turned to be a beautiful balcony just what we wanted.
