Was contacted about if we wanted to get new windows. A rep was able to come out and give a free estimate. TJ was very personable and made the initial estimate experience very enjoyable. It's always nice to meet another cat person.UpdateWindow and slider fully replaced! Installer Shawn did an absolutely fantastic job. We love the new window and slider! The temperature in the room has already visibly dropped since the window was replaced. 100% would use them again for any additional replacements!

I hadn't realized the technology for windows had progressed so much. When AJ came out to show us how much of a difference these new windows would make to keeping the house cooler and lowering our electric bill I was hopeful. Well the company and windows have exceeded my expectations. Now I can sit in the dining room with the sun shining right on the windows and it's not hot! They installed them so quickly and well I was just floored! But the biggest surprise was the noise reduction. These windows block out a whole bunch of the noise. We have some neighbors across the street who like to throw parties with live mariachi bands and if we close the windows we can't hear them. It's awesome!

We are so excited to be getting new windows. A great guy, Alfonso, explained everything so clearly. We were amazed with the quality of the windows. He even held a heat light up to several different samples of window panes and amazed us at how much heat was coming through, until he showed us the sample of the windows we will be getting. AJ came today and arrived 25 minutes late without a call. When he arrived he was interrupting lunch prep. He said we should have been told that he was coming from Roseville. Like that makes a difference.He said he only needed 15 minutes so we agreed to move forward with the HVAC pitch. After 30 minutes we still could not get to the bottom line. It was obvious, if we did not agree to sign today, he would only share the "retail price". I had done research and had bids recently and I did not think it should take this long. He looked at the a/c unit but not the furnace. I told him we needed duct work as well and he never looked at that or counted the vents in the house. Although we stated three times that we were open to his company marketing, but we needed the full picture (information on the unit and the cost), he kept on insisting we gave a "yes" to giving a good review, a sign on the lawn, etc. prior to getting all the information.At this point we said he was wasting our time and asked him to leave. Do not waste your time. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Had someone come out to sell the windows, we ended up with getting the windows. But we felt very pressured into buying them, they came out took measurements and ordered them. The installation was fast and what not. Dont get me wrong the windows are decent quality. Then after that they called me about my roof quoted me 30k!! I’m like nope we can’t sorry. But they still continued to call me weekly and monthly for a while. And each time I tell them no and leave me alone. My house burnt down a few months ago and started to call me again!! I told 3 different people to take me off the calling list. This is completely unacceptable and harassment. They say they did it but who knows, I gave the last guy a warning and said next time I’m not going to be nice. People say blocked number, yada yada yada which I would, but they would just continue to call. Sorry if my review is all over the place, I just had a lot different experiences with them.Service: Window installation

The costumer service couldn’t be worse! We had a window instal scheduled. It was confirmed the day prior by cat exteriors. When no one showed up I made multiple calls to find out when they’d be here. I finally got a call from the installers themselves, they were great apologetic and set up a new install date. When I contacted costumer service to figure out a way to make this situation right, as I’ve now had to take 2 days off work without pay, I was given attitude and told the supervisor would be calling me back. 5 calls and month later I’m still waiting. So if you use this company and need any customer support… good luck.

I’ve never had a more fun experience in buying windows! Chalmer made the application process super easy and fun. He was very knowledge about the windows and the financing option available for me and my family. The quality of windows are also reflected in the customer service provided.
