My older mom hired DiBella to re-roof her house. Unfortunately, they did a poor job however, thankfully my mom felt there was something wrong and had me check. Sure enough they installed the Ridge vent improperly (it was completely covered by the underlayment and shingles) as well as installed the roof decking improperly in addition to sloppy workmanship. The worst part is, they argued with my mother, insisting it was done properly, and that she pay the remaining balance immediately. After many conversations, I was able to have a phone call with the general manager of the Sacramento office, Jacob Shults, when I explained the problem he got angry and defensive, insisting that it was done right, and when I asked if he would meet me at the property, he said he was too busy and then hung up. The photos show it wasn’t done right and he knew it so he completely lied to me. I would never recommend this company to anyone.. The only pleasant part of this entire experience was their very kind administrative person working out of the Phoenix office.

I have to say that I am beyond satisfied with the customer service of this company. Shannon Battle is one of the kindest salesman I have ever come across. He took his time to answer any questions I had. He was honest about what he thought needed improving and didn't try tell me I needed things that were not yet ready to replace. He was careful to also make sure that I could afford improvements and made the effort to understand my finances. I'm so excited to see the results!

It was a pleasure to meet Emily today. I didn't know what to expect but once she arrived I was going to reschedule because I had a lot to do but she convinced me to talk and see what they have. After that I was hooked, she was never leaving. She has the best customer service skills I've seen in a long time because she was listening to me. She knew I was passionate about this project because it's for me and not only do I want it, but i need it. I haven't purchased anything for me in a long time, but I have chronic pain and it has no cure. This walk In Tub is going to make my life a whole lot better:) Emily explained everything in detail and was always concerned if I had questions. I feel like a bath expert now. She is going to be helping me through this project and I can't wait to see the finished results! DaBella is very blessed to have found this individual:) The experience was a 10/10! It was a pleasure for me writing this about her!

Re: DaBella in the Sacramento area.I have every reason to believe this company is doing business right. What a great first impression. This initial review is about the experience my wife and I have had with our DaBella rep so far, as we are at the beginning stages of a roofing and solar project for our home. I'll get to the point by stating that I am very impressed with Kyle, who we have been working with to get things started. I cannot say enough positive things about him. He's professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Kyle is a model for how all sales and service reps should be. He exhibits customer service skills that are second to none. Give this guy a good bonus and a raise; he's crushing it! Whatever DaBella is doing to train their family of employees, keep it up! I'm also impressed with everything I've heard so far about the company. Finally, I'm happy with the contract/project amount that we've settled on, and we're looking forward to getting our project started.

Vasili & Trevor were amazing! Very thorough and straight forward in explaining every detail of the process in purchasing our solar integrated roof. We are so happy to have found the right company after searching for so long and getting multiple different quotes and none offered this amazing combined offer with such quality material and getting both solar and a roof in one! They worked extremely hard to answer all our questions and we are looking forward to our long lasting relationship and I highly recommend that if you're on the fence you call DaBella.... and give them a listening ear. Updated review after job was done:They did a superb job! Our roof looks so clean and amazing. Besides a few hiccups in the process here and there, it was a smooth process and the guys that did the job were friendly and knowledgeable. The office manager Michelle is so nice and thorough and responsive. She really knows her stuff and knows how to get the info she doesn't have on hand quickly. In hindsight, the only thing that we wish we hadn't done was listen to our salesperson and apply for financing when we told him we were going through our insurance. He had us convinced that they almost never approve claims like ours and we would have to come out of pocket. We would have preferred to put the job on hold until a response was received from our insurance. They approved our claim shortly after we filled out the paperwork and we only had to pay for our deductible. Otherwise, it was a great experience and they do super good quality work. Great price for the quality and a full warranty. You can't beat that!Original review: This review is to share what a great experience I had with Edwardo Zamudio. He did what he could for us, was courteous, friendly, funny, honest, and upfront about everything. We felt really well taken care of during the whole process. If you're in the valley area and need a new roof, DaBella and Edwardo are a great choice!

LOOK UP THEIR REVIEWS ON REDDIT!!!I recently hired Dabella to replace the windows in my home, and I must say, it was a truly disappointing experience. From start to finish, the process was riddled with incompetence and lack of professionalism.Firstly, scheduling was a nightmare. They were consistently late for appointments, and communication was poor.When the installation finally began, it only got worse. The crew seemed unorganized and inexperienced, leading to shoddy workmanship. The windows were installed unevenly, with gaps and drafts apparent from day one.To make matters worse, when I raised my concerns with the contractor, they were dismissive and unresponsive. It was clear that they had no intention of rectifying the situation or providing any form of customer satisfaction.Overall, I would strongly advise against hiring Dabella for any window-related projects. Their incompetence and lack of regard for customer service make them a wholly unsatisfactory choice. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a reputable contractor.
