They worked tirelessly until we brought the Art Ark to the property at the Crocker Art Museum.On the day of installation, the team was on-site for the entire day, efficiently removing and installing the TPO roofing. Had a great experience with the folks at Non-Stop Roofing. It was smack dab in the middle of rainy season when I noticed an area experiencing excessive dripping - they assessed initially and then came back out as soon as the rain had cleared enough to work on the patch. I worked with Mauro who was extremely responsive and took the time to explain the issue and options. Mauro and his team are very professional! They came out and did a free estimate on 2 roofs that I had at a couple of apartment buildings that I was thinking of buying. Mauro was very responsive and always answered all of my questions. The estimates that they gave were competitive and cheaper than another company that I also had look at the project. Their estimate included lots of photos and good descriptions of what needed to be fixed. I never had them do the work because I decided not to buy the complex, but I appreciate their team's effort and their free estimate. They were a pleasure to deal with and very professional.

They were so professional and nice from the beginning! Mauro Arias is the one who contacted me to set an appointment they came out that same day. He was very polite and thorough on our initial phone call. Two of their guys came out and looked at our roof damage. They were also super friendly and enjoyable to talk to and even took off their shoes as to not track in dirt or water. They checked the inside then the outside and followed up with us with what the issue was when they were done. I even got a follow up today to make sure that we didn't have anymore leaks overnight which I'm happy to say we didn't! But I do appreciate the follow up. Great service! Highly recommend.
