We had an appointment scheduled for 10am on Saturday 6/3/23. We skipped some weekend activities for the appointment. They were a no-call, no-show, despite texting me a confirmation at 9:04 saying that Nasir would be on his way soon. I got a new text at 11:18 claiming someone had called me to reschedule, which is false.I can't speak to the quality of their work, but if you want a contractor who's reliable, look elsewhere.

The workers were very good and every thing was cleaned up including the nails and staples.

Don't ever use Sears roofing we received around eight quotes in the $11,000 range. Sears quote was $34,000 they are a rip-off. The salesman was dishonest and tried to sell us things that we did not even need. DON'T TRUST THEM.
