Matt, Jose, the entire staff @ Straight Line Construction were very professional and easy to work with! The estimater was clear and explained everything that needed fixed - and included pictures. I appreciated the foreman reaching out to me prior to arriving so I knew exactly what time he would be there and what he looked like! When the crew finished, he explained everything that was done and answered all our questions. Super job! I'd highly recommend them!

The crew from Straight Line Roofing and Construction have just finished installing new gutters, guards, and downspouts on my log home. The snow storms and general weather had taken a serious toll on our existing gutter system and made them inefficient as well as unsightly.We contacted Straight Line for an estimate and one of their reps came out and looked at our project. He was able to provide us with an estimate right away that detailed exactly what would be needed and how the project would be handled.We agreed to move forward with the project and from there people from Straight Line were in continual contact with us. Due to weather situations we had to change the start date several times but once the weather cleared we got notified that a crew would be on site the next day at 7:00 AM.The crew arrived on time and began working immediately. All the old materials were gathered and piled out of the way for later removal. The new gutters, guards, and downspouts were installed, and any needed changes or modifications were brought to our attention and discussed before anything was done.The project took two days to complete and when done team leader took me around the house and pointed out where, how, and why some things were done to make the new system more efficient and better all around.Bottom line, we are very pleased with the project. The products used are superior to the old system. The look is outstanding and the crew were very pleasant and easy to work with.Before they left, the crew walked around the project to make sure all debris was collected for removal and a magnet was used to make sure any stray nails were picked up.I would recommend Straight Line Construction for any of your roofing, gutter and downspout needs.

Straight Line replaced all my gutters and down spouts. During the process, the communication and timeliness of scheduling/work was great. The finished product was excellent. Not everything in life goes perfect. Particularly when dealing with a roof emergency during a rainy winter in Northern California. After reaching out to numerous contractors, Straight Line Roofing answered the call. They provided an honest assessment of out situation and a reasonable price quote to do the job. Straight Line Roofing’s most valuable asset is their Foreman Justin. Justin performed the repair with honesty and integrity and because of Justin I am able to write this review. We did have a weather related communication hiccup which was remedied by Straight Line Roofing Owner, Jack. Jack’s direct and immediate communication and follow up reassured us that Straight Line Roofing is a company that will make sure that things are right. I am hoping that we do not need to go through a roof repair again but if we do, Straight Line Roofing will get the call.

Tony inspected the work afterwards and noticed something that needed to be fixed, and they came back that same week to fix it. I contracted with Straight-Line roofing to remove and replace the exterior wood siding on my home. Straight-Line completed the project in one week. Their crew kept me informed on arrival times and the process the entire duration of the work. They were very patient with my questions and went the extra mile to make sure the final product was exactly what I wanted. They worked with me to make modifications to the end product that I hadn’t even considered. The Staright-Line crew of Omar, Tommy, Jack and Isaiah worked diligently to complete the work. They were polite, they cleaned up all the mess they made and went over the entire final product with me at the end of the project. I was more than pleased when the project was complete. I will most certainly use Straight-Line for my next phase of siding replacement in the future and hopefully with the same crew! I would certainly recommend StraightLine for any siding removal and replacement project you may consider.

We could not be happier with everyone at Straight Line Roofing & Construction. During a recent storm, a large limb fell on our roof. It broke a skylight, and punctured the roof in several places. When we called Straight Line, an emergency crew responded quickly to tarp the damaged area. When Jose "JJ" Jimenez and his crew came to repair the damage, they were prompt, friendly, and efficient.

Jack was extremely helpful with informing me that my roof should be covered by an insurance claim by wind damage. I had multiple roofing contractors come out and give me a really high estimate and low estimate but they didn't tell me that my roof had wind damage! Im really greatful that my neighbor referred me to them. Straight Line Roofing has done an amazing job on our home. We had a storm damage our roof and they tarped everything prior to scheduling (twice because of windy conditions) and were always contacting me to let me know where we were in the process. The owner, Jack, personally texted me to check in and keep me up to date on our status. We ended up going through insurance and he helped us navigate the quagmire of the insurance world.When it came to having our roof installed the crews were always punctual, professional, and mindful of our property. We have 2 senior dogs and they, unlike most contractors we've dealt with, always made sure to close the gates to the back yard and tell us when they were leaving for any reason.When we had the inspector for the city come out, even he gave a glowing review of their work. He proclaimed that the roof could be warrantied for 50 years and it was an amazing install. We've dealt with this inspector before and he will definitely tell it like it is so that was high praise.I highly recommend Straight Line if you have a challenging project (or a regular project!) and want someone that will communicate through the project. This is one of those businesses I've really come to trust. I replaced my gutters about a year and half ago. They gave me the best quote with the least upsell, and did a great job with installation. I just had them out to look at my roof, and really appreciated how helpful they were. The only issues they found were too small to justify their minimum service fee, but they still took the time to answer my questions and explain the small repairs that did need to happen. We are so impressed with this company! We lost shingles off our roof in a horrific windstorm. We called Straight Line and the owner, Jack, came out and inspected the wind damage. He set us up to start an insurance claim and has worked with us the whole way. When the field inspector came out, Jack was right there to explain the damage and help document it. He is very knowledgeable of the insurance claim process and protected our interest with his expertise. His company represented us dealing directly with our insurance company and advising us along the way. He made the process smooth and straightforward.
