4 weeks ago, we had our old wood shake roof replaced with a Presidential roof with Fernando and his team. The job was completed on time. Fernando and his team did such a great job. Fernando is very professional, honest and kept us up to date on any necessary changes that needed to be done. We received a great quality roof with a great price. We would highly recommend 1999 Roofing to anyone who needs to reroof!

I used Fernando and 1999 roofing to do a complete re-roof and also install completely new gutters/downspouts. They did a fabulous job and our new roof looks wonderful. He was responsive, easy to work with, honest and reasonable.There was a lot of wood rot and they took care of it quickly and completely.They also were friendly and cleaned up every evening. I highly recommend.

Unfortunately, I have to say we did not leave a good experience with this company. I would have to say they didn’t even finish the job as I believe part of their job would have been to do a final inspection on their job before charged not try to want to come do it a month later after the incident then they would probably found out they failed to secure our skylight back to the roof and this would have prevented the water damage caused in our living room hardwood floors, furniture and electronics. In addition, they we found out they have minimal insurance called “Bond” which did nothing for us. Not to mention, at the time (January 27, 2021) of the incident my husband was recovering from heart surgery I was caring for my Mom was in hospice and had my son with asthma. It literally rained in my living room. Up to this day we are still dealing with the consequences. My daughter tripping on the raised floor, mold smell and ruined smelly furniture. But I’m working on it as I write this to make sure this nightmare does not happen to any one else, since the man in charge did not reply to my husbands last text to come forward and fix the problem unfortunately we will have to settle it legally. Best of luck to all, I guess if you don’t have skylights you’ll be ok.
