These guys were great. I called after Christmas and they were able to come out and clean some seriously clogged gutters. As in they had become raised beds for weeds. Very reasonably priced🤘🏼🤘🏼

I contacted Alex after a Google search. He provided a quote with three options to clean the mossy roof and gutters. Throughout the process Alex always responded quickly and answered any questions clearly. On the day of the work he texted when on the way and arrived on time. Needed our mobile home washed and gutters cleaned. Called Advanced Pressure Washing and Alex answered. He was super polite and very professional! He recommended a soft wash for our mobile home. He was very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions especially about pricing. He gave me a quick estimate at very reasonable prices! He also gave me recommendations (like a roof wash), but did not push any additional services especially after discussing them due to any potential issues that could damage our house.Upon washing day, once again he was super polite, respectful, and professional from start to finish! We first inspected the exterior of the house as he wanted to know if we had any leaks or issues on the house he should know about so we can avoid potential issues. He was very thorough about what he would be doing on the house and it took about 2 and a half hours to complete. He gave me a final walkthrough at the end showing all his work and made sure to do any final touch ups that were needed before leaving. Once again, very professional!I would rate him more than 5/5 stars if I could! Highly recommend his services, and if it weren't for the fact we were selling our house and moving out of state, I would definitely use his services in the future. Last month our house was egged and toilet papered during the last heat wave we had, teenagers are so fun, unfortunately they hit our solar panels. Thank God for Alex! He saved our house from having to get repainted and the panels having to be replaced. He showed up on time, was beyond professional and courteous and got the job done in no time at all and at a very reasonable price. We had him power wash the entire house, the panels and clean all of our windows on our two story house. He did a fantastic job and I highly recommend him! We will definitely use him again for any upcoming jobs.
