We are beyond happy with the end result. This was a complete transformation. We were so unhappy with the way our backyard looked before the renovation. There was no room for our kids to play, no room for people to sit and enjoy the backyard for parties. We absolutely love the end product. Elon and the crew helped our backyard become functional and also maximized the space by building a retaining wall. They were also able to provide financing options which was impossible with other companies due to this being a new build. These guys were great! Omri and Carlos managed my projects. They are both very friendly, experienced and a pleasure to work with...We had several major backyard projects after moving into our new home. The team at Better Place was fantastic. We had 2 concrete patios installed on either side of the house. One a recreational area with bench and room for a fire pit, the other for trash and landscape tools.Clay met with us to go over the design and give us a quote. He was very professional and asked good questions to understand our idea. Never tried to push unwanted items or upsell us. We were very impressed as the quote was several thousand less than other contractors with all the extra items we wanted, vs others just base price for concrete.During the construction Clay and Raul were very communicative, keeping us updated on timelines and next steps. The weather was very uncooperative, but they were flexible and worked around it. Jose was great, going over the minute details of the project, making sure it was exactly what we wanted.They completed the project very quickly, even with the bad weather and we are very happy with the result. Remodeled our backyard with our project manager Leo. We renovated in the Spring/Summer 2022 at the height of supply-chain shortages and US economic inflation, so inflated pricing reflected that and we understood. WE VALUE COMMUNICATION OVER PRICE. We've heard disasters from friends who went with remodeling companies that were much more affordable, but had issues with getting supplies, scheduling problems, or bad communication.Leo had good communication and was on site 2-3x a week while construction workers came Mon-Sat, approx 8am-4pm. We had a deadline, so Leo made sure he had his workers come 6 days/week to complete the project on time. Any issues, questions, or flaws during the ongoing project, Leo made sure to answer and correct pretty quickly. He definitely cares about upholding a good reputation and genuinely cares for your renovation as if it was his own.We are satisfied of the final product. We have lots more room for our growing family of two kids and two dogs to play and roam around.Service: Remodeling
