We noticed a leak in a particular spot on our flat, rubber roof in our San Diego home. A highly skilled worker, Calvin, from Colin's Emergency Roofers, came to tackle the problem. He was wonderful to partner with, as he resealed the roof's seams. We observed that the leak was almost fixed, but not quite, and he was more than happy to come back and complete the work. He also encouraged us to contact him if we required any additional help. punctual, cost-effective, responsive, and thoughtful - we will definitely keep their information for when it's time to replace the roof in a few years.

Starting from the initial contractor, now known as Calvin, and the marketing representative prior to him who showed up at the door, through Robert, the main guy, through Wyatt and other crew members, as well as customer service represented by Robert, all functioned professionally and showed great understanding. Jerry is a professional, thoughtful person. I requested him to give me a straight view of what my roof is all about. There was a grim view of my roof but, he explained that thier are other avenues we can take. He had requested to review the insurance company estimate, Said they might have missed a few things, Also said he would need at least 3 feet past the damage shingles all of which helps my review of my claim of a roof replacement which is my goal.
