I can't recommend this company too highly. They were recommendedby a neighbor who thought they did very good work. We had dry rot in twostructural timbers in different spots. Frank Megura told us how he couldsupport the house while replacing the wood and gave us a quote that wasmuch less than I feared. His workmen were inventive professionals andfinished the job in one day, including a primer and two coats of housepaint. The cleanup was thorough and complete. We will certainly usethem again when other problems arise.

Called and was asking clarifying questions about the process and the woman on the phone got frustrated and hung up on me. Tried calling back and she wouldn't pick up. Left a message and no response. I don't understand why it's necessary to be so rude when I'm just trying to understand the process. This is the first time I'm doing a major project like this and it would make more sense to walk me through your process instead of rudely hanging up on me.
