I had the pleasure of working with David and his team at Dexcore when I faced water damage issues in my living room due to a pipe leak. It was on a Sunday and they were able to get in and very efficiently mitigated the damage caused by the pipe. In addition to this he and his team went the extra mile assisting me with the insurance process. The transformation was amazing! they not only repaired the damage, but also added a beautiful frame that truly elevated and changed the space. I couldn't be happier with the results! Let me start off by saying I’m too Mexican to be writing reviews but here I am… these guys are just amazing! I had to. I didn’t even take an after picture because I got too excited decorating and setting up my home after they were done with the demo and work needed to finish up my home.First, the speed! These guys are EFFICIENT. And believe me, quality was NOT affected. Good quality work at a great pace. I was so eager to move into my house but it was in the worst condition, not livable for sure! But these guys came and took care of it in such little time!!!!Second, the price!!! The price was right…and let me tell you, your girl stays on a budget…San Diego is TOO EXPENSIVE! I’ve been using Dexcore Restoration for over 4 years as a trusted vendor. It started out with remediation for water intrusions, but quickly they proven themselves that they were trustworthy, reliable, quickly to address and response in communication, and had great reporting (which is key if you want to protect your assets) and follow up. We then gave them more jobs such as units with asbestos abatement, and rennovations for all properties in San Diego. They quickly adapted to the demand we had and didn’t skip a beat. My company specializes in acquisitions and dispositions and with each acquisition, my company wasn’t prepared to hire maintenance techs and each time, when asked, Dexcore stepped in and went above and beyond for us by providing support with anything and everything we needed. They are fair in their prices and their quality of work surpasses all others. This company didn’t even seal the containment area around where they removed drywall adding to further cross contamination and damages of my property after a huge mold infestation. As a property manager I have worked with several restoration companies and Dexcore has definitely been the best. They are professional, their employees do an amazing job and make sure to follow up from start to finish. They also provide great rates in comparison to other companies I use without sacrificing quality. Dexcore did wonderful job at my residential property. During the tropical storm this last weekend we unfortunately encountered four floods. I called a few vendors and they were not available. A colleague recommended Dexcore and they did not disappoint. They arrived quickly and were able to contain and minimize the damage. Luckily we were able to keep 3 out of the four residents in their units while the work was happening. The workers were communicative, professional, and Heavens forbid I get another flood in San Diego, but if I do, Dexcore will be my first call.

Dexcore Restoration is the company to call for flood, fire, mold and more! When you need a restoration company, you are undoubtedly dealing with a pretty big problem, and Dexcore came through for me at my house. They were clear in their communication and scheduling and made things so much less stressful than when they started out. I didn't even know where to start when my water heater failed and leaked all throughout the home. Dexcore educated me along the way as this had never happened to me before, and worked directly with my insurance adjuster to make sure I was able to get coverage for necessary repairs. I live in condo and our HOA contracted Dexcore to handle the replacement of our bathroom walls after flooding.They were terrible to work with.Their crews inability to provide accurate and honest communication around the scope of the work, when the work would be done, how long it would take and when they would arrive and leave caused my wife and I a week of distress, as we had to rebook doctor appointments, work meetings, and everything in between.After the first of 5 days of work it was clear they had zero respect for the clients time, so I made a concerted effort to ask them for a specific arrival time Day 2 - 5. Each time they gave me one, each time they showed up hours late. They also took a day longer than projected to finish the job.Getting your drywall replaced is stressful, time-consuming and invasive. Anyone who accepts money to provide that type of service should know and respect that. Dexcore knew this — they just didn't respect it.

As a previous regional manager in San Diego, I highly recommend Dexcore for any remediation or reconstruction needs. They were prompt to arrive during emergency situations, provided accurate reporting of the affected areas, daily updates of work being done, and stayed in constant communication throughout the process. One of my sites had 7-10 water intrusions at any given time. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without them! Their pricing is competitive and will beat Blue Sky or ATI. David and Jacob come from property management and truly understand what it takes to get a job done from the vendor and operations side. We had the extreme misfortune to contact this company earlier this year due to a pipe leak at our home. Dexcore handled the mitigation/ dry out portion of the job and they were supposed to handle the reconstruction as well. But, they did not due to them being "too busy". I cannot stress how incredibly frustrating and disappointing it was to have Dexcore abandon us and not complete the reconstruction for our house. I was told over and over by their office that Dexcore was "there for us" and that we would be "taken care of". Well, that was not the case at all. I clarified at the beginning that Dexcore would be able to handle BOTH the remediation AND the reconstruction and was told by their Operations Manager "yes, we will take care of it all". We had our lives and our house turned completely upside down with no end in sight from early February until mid May when we finally found another contractor to put our house back together. We had to interview several other contractors who all told us that Dexcore did not remove our hardwood flooring correctly (they cut it in a straight line instead of removing the damaged wood "plank by plank"). The other contractors called the work "a disgrace" and told us we should get a lawyer. We should not have had to go through the stress that we went through. Dexcore should have had this entire job taken care of, as we were assured would happen from the start. Dexcore falsely represented their business and I would not recommend them to my enemy. Had a small pinhole leak in a bathroom that apparently had been leaking for a while, obviously didn’t know until my daughters room floor started lifting and trim showing mold.. I had a handy man come look at it and he said he didn’t have the right equipment so I called dexcore restoration, these guys came in the next day and started screening the damage with their special equipment, they found the water had damaged nearly the whole rooms floor and took it all out, set up de humidifiers and covered the working areas to not get dust in the house too. They were back the next day to complete the bathroom project, drywall, floors and obviously had fixed the plumbing issue. They found the matching flooring for my daughters room And took care of that too. They did an amazing and fast job. Thank you Dexcore Restoration for such great quality work. This company gives great service. I was on vacation yesterday when my car was filled with water from a water main break in Mission Beach. They picked up on the first call and came to help to me within 10 minutes!!! They pumped out all the water with their powerful truck last night and even gave great advice on the follow up things to do to help keep it from molding.
