We loved working with Gary Faith Construction! They updated our tandem garage parking space into an actual useable bedroom (raised flooring, ran electrical, poured concrete, installed doors/lights/windows, rerouted dryer vent, painted, etc). It was a great experience working with Gary and his contractors. He checks in frequently, responds quickly, and will add/update anything as needed. He made the construction process painless and it was completed earlier than expected!Overall: responsive, efficient, knowledgable. Would highly recommend! We will definitely use Gary Faith Construction for our future projects.

I HIGHLY recommend Gary if you are looking to do renovations. He is a straight shooter (RARE)! fixes any issues immediately, and has an amazing group of sub contractors. I found him by chance/ happenstance, and I am SO LUCKY I ended up getting to work with him!

We contacted Gary to do our master bath/master bedroom remodel after seeing our good friends fabulous kitchen remodel done by Gary. He took the designs and took what was a basic track home layout and turned into the bedroom and bathroom of our dreams. We still walk in and can’t believe it is in our home. We hired GFC to do a significant home addition, adding about 750sqft. We extended the living room, added master bedroom/bath, powder room, laundry room, & patio over garage. Gary and his crew are very knowledgeable and hardworking. The pricing was very reasonable and fair too. They also worked quickly! Showing up each day on time and Gary does an excellent job getting any subcontractors lined up so everything keeps moving. And getting inspections scheduled. They poured new foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing, stucco, drywall, roofing in 3.5-4 months. I would definitely recommend choosing Gary Faith Construction for any home improvements needed. We contacted Gary Faith Construction to do a kitchen and laundry room remodel along with replacing all molding and flooring on the first floor of our home. Gary came by to do an estimate and clearly knew how to get the job done. He quickly turned around a reasonable estimate for the work and a contract that clearly layed out what would and wouldn't be part of the project.Gary and his team showed integrity throughout the project. They would own and fix any mistakes or miscommunications that occurred and problem solve to produce a solid result in a timely manner. When we ran into roadblocks or changes in the project plan, Gary was transparent about the cost and timeline and typically provided options and listened to ideas to come up with the best result. Costs related to changes were reasonable.Gary's employees and sub contractors produced quality work and were all professional and courteous. They worked closely with Gary to keep him up to date on the project status allowing Gary to manage the schedule and move forward.The results of all their work is an incredible kitchen and laundry room that improve the layout, flow and warmth of our home.We are truly grateful for Gary and his team and would highly recommend them to anyone.Service: General construction

After many interviews and quotes we chose Gary and his team to rebuild our kitchen and it was a great choice!!! Gary gave us a price and plan that fit in our budget! They came in on day 1 and did demo on the whole kitchen!! They kept right at it from there on!! Always on time, always someone here and the project moved very quickly!!I am sooo happy with my new kitchen and with all of the people that worked hard to put it together!! Had our master bathroom remodel done by Gary Faith Construction, and am totally happy that I went with them.We are picky, and have a LOT of questions. Through it all, Gary, Chris, & team were there to work with us, and make sure we were left happy.The bathroom came out looking beautifully. Just gorgeous.And this includes AFTER the project was completed. As we slowly started getting settled into the new bathroom, any questions or minor tweaks we needed, Gary worked with his to make it happen.He's come back several times now, to look over things and discuss them. Definitely great customer service.

Gary is my Go To Guy when I need anything done around the house or yard. If the work is outside of his scope he always has a good reference that I can use. I am having a bamboo problem fixed by one reference right now, plus more yard enhancements, had my roof and gutters done just a couple of months ago, and had my exterior trims & doors done just prior to that. I've used his services now for at least 8-10 years.

Let's talk a little about Gary Faith Cinstruction, all work is completed for what we hired GFC and we could not be more happy. They went above and beyond what we asked for and what our initial scope of work.Gary and Chris are amazing to work with. My wife and I are stoked at the level of expertise of this company. Could not be more happy to have stumbled across GFC. After talking to 7 or 8 other contractors we had nearly given up hopes of finding someone who would execute our vision. Everyone else wanted to sell us cabinets that we didn't like.So some things to keep in mind and the initial meeting, Gary let's you set the level of involvement, which was very important to us. We had the options of finishes or giving them the general direction of which how the finished product should look. My wife ended up wanting more higher end finishes which obviously cost more, well worth the end result because we would have to live with it. Gary and crew would interject with their expertise on all aspects and giving us price range on our wishes, this was invaluable because even though we had lots of ideas we were kept grounded. Watching too much HGTV might not be the best thing to do before starting a renovation. My suggestion to everyone is to hire Gary and Company, pick out a color palette you want to work with, talk directly with Gary every step of the way. He can direct you in all aspects even if he can't provide the service or products, he has a huge network of suppliers that will give you contractor pricing. They will be open to letting you know if things need to be up to code, trust them when they tell you something. The whole team is professional and they are experts at what they do.They are booked fast but worth the wait.Disclaimer: I have not been paid or compensated for this review, this is my honest review.
