From the initial meeting all the way through to a potential service contract post-installation, the customer service at this company is....dare I say it...unparalleled? In a class by itself? Second to none? The last time I had this great of service was with John and Melissa Steele of Steele Realty. The opposite of this stellar service would be my experience with Hot Tub Cruisin', but I digress. Joe Dale, our salesperson, was such a clear communicator, consistent, and great with follow-through. He spent a lot of time with me, assessing what loan terms would be best for me, and he was infinitely patient as I asked multiple questions and never lost patience with me when I asked him to review or repeat information. He did a great job of building my trust through all that. I really appreciate how he carves out time for his customers post-installation and really takes a long term view of building relationships which of course should lead to referrals. (His parents should be proud and can't wait to see what he's built in 10 years!) Beyond Joe, I had a flawless experience with all other moving parts, from the loan to the installation, etc. Read other reviews that hone in on more of the specifics of the product, etc. but just know that this team is striving to rise to the top and be an industry leader for the long term.

He found nothing wrong. I showed my electric gas bill. 293 kWh $129. I also showed him the graf showing no electricity generated for January. It’s seems to be working fine now. He was very attentive, answered all my questions, and was very professional!

I had a very positive experience working with Heliogold/SunPower. The Heliogold representative I worked with, Daniel Wehbe, was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the product/services and provided a convincing pitch that led me to choose this provider over others. Even during the installation process, he always made himself available to quickly address any questions/concerns I had. This allowed my installation to be completed in a much shorter timeframe than I had anticipated - the project was complete only after 2.5 months! Overall, I was very impressed with the Heliogold and SunPower teams and would recommend them to anyone interested.

Alice and I want to praise Heliogold and Daniel for doing a fantastic job installing our solar panel. They sell Sunpower, the very best in the industry. The job from sale presentation to installation to completion of job was seamless. The communications, Q&A during the entire process were prompt and excellent. I had a very positive experience with Heliogold. I knew nothing about solar before speaking with Brian. Over the course of a few weeks, Brian and Jason (owner) responded to every email and every phone call -- and there were many -- until I felt completely comfortable with the product, the regulatory framework, and the financing. For the installation and permitting, they provided an estimated timeline and beat each benchmark. It was a perfect example of under-promising and over-delivering. Much appreciated. Today, several months later, the system works exactly as advertised. (And it is super fun to track the power generation, and energy savings, on the App.) Thank you, guys!

I have a had a great experience getting our solar panel going. Malake was our main contact person and she is very attentive. Any questions I had, they were answered in a timely manner. From the initial meet up with the presentation of solar to us via zoom, Malake was not pushy but rather informative. She is a bright lady and we connected with her personality.Now, Heliogold as a company….. after understanding the difference between Heliogold as a company and Sunpower as a corporation and manufacturer, I am excited to know that locally I am backed up by an honest and local small business in San Diego. We had an issue with Sunpower communicating with us and so we asked Jason the owner and Joseph to help us. This was now later in the evening in a Friday. I was not expecting a reply probably until the next business day but Jason took the next step and called us to clear up the air and miscommunication made by Sunpower. I mean, this is extraordinary customer service for someone to take the time after hours to call us. Joseph was very helpful as well trying to figure out the technical things after hours as well.Overall, I am excited to be a part of this Heliogold family knowing that this is just the beginning of a journey by resorting to alternative energy. Malake!!!! Huge props in pretty much walking us through this Journey from initial zoom meeting to actual system activation. Couldn’t be any happier with your exceptional service and follow through. I recently decided to install a solar system at my home in the Mission Bay area. I interviewed and did my due diligence on several advertised and recommended solar companies. I selected Heliogold Solar as my vendor of choice, and am I glad I did. The Principal, Jason Castelhano was excellent in answering all of the questions my wife and I had, he provided a detailed analysis and comparisons of major solar product providers, solar unit product performance, product warranties, financing options, and the interesting SDGE/solar relationship. If you can request a sales rep I highly suggest Abraham Malfavon, didn't realize how much of a headache installing a secondary solar system would be but Abraham has made it much easier by staying on top of things and keeping us informed throughout the process and personally taking his time to fix any issues that may pop up.Update: worse experience ever with this company and solnova, after 4 months of waiting to have my system turned on the city said they never received the necessary paperwork from them. Contacted them and they said we thought you were already online. Finally got the paperwork needed and approval to turn on the system just to find out 2 weeks later that the entire time we thought we were producing our system was in idle because not enough panels were installed for the inverter to work. We were constantly being rescheduled,they promised us they would reimburse us for our previous electric bills and the payments we made for the solar system for the inconveniences but they just reimbursed us for the electric bills.

I haven't seen my bill yet but from the sales portion, the team was very educated, welcoming and willing the dumb everything down for me. Even the set up team was knowledgeable on how the entire system worked and explained in depth about what exactly was happening to my house. The whole process of going solar was extremely exciting. From the initial meeting and discussion with Jenny to the installation day and the finalization and turning on the system it was a fantastic experience! I've been happily enjoying my solar for over 3+ months now and it was such a great decision to do with the hot weather that had come through I was able to utilize my A/C much more during the months than I previous did before I went with solar.
