Kaiser construction is hands down the best in the biz when it comes to remodeling homes. Megan was our project manager and she provided us with a fare quote to remodel our kitchen and bathrooms .The workers were on time daily and we had great communication during entire project. The end result was a beautiful open kitchen and stunning bath remodel. Megan and her crew went above and beyond and we are happy with the end result. kaiser construction did an amazing job with our master bathroom remodel. Megan helped us with a stunning design that was everything I wanted it to be and more! She was meticulous about every detail in bringing the vision to life including mixing a custom stain for our custom built 10ft cabinets! Her team was great to work with and we're extremely friendly and punctual in getting the job completed on time and on budget. We were so pleased with the work we also had them revamp 2 fire places and install some custom shelving in our living room. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their home

We engaged Kaiser Construction for a home renovation project, but the experience turned into a significant disappointment due to multiple issues. The exterior painting of our stucco home, which had never been painted before, was particularly problematic. Despite presenting high-quality paint, Kaiser Construction used the lowest-grade option without disclosing this to us. Furthermore, they failed to prime the raw, never-before-painted stucco surface before painting, a critical step that every professional painter knows is essential, especially for untreated stucco. Additionally, bids for re-completing the work with premium paint were nearly half of what Kaiser Construction had charged us.The interior painting was also problematic. It was done prematurely before completing tasks such as moving ceiling lights. Again, despite assurances of using high-quality paint, Kaiser Construction actually applied the lowest-grade paint without informing us. This significant deviation from the promised quality resulted in a finish that did not meet professional standards. It was only after this substandard work was completed that we discovered the stark difference in the quality of materials used, with costs being an astonishing 70% higher than our re-completion bids for using premium paints.Another area of concern was the kitchen cabinet refinishing. Kaiser Construction presented high-quality paint, with a price reflective of such quality, during the color selection phase but then used the lowest grade without informing us. Additionally, they failed to properly prepare the surfaces, leading to the paint peeling soon after the job was completed. This not only caused frustration but also added unnecessary costs for us in correcting their unprofessional work.Another major issue was the unpermitted bathroom renovation. Kaiser Construction undertook substantial work without obtaining the legally required city permits, thus lacking the required inspections. This led to serious problems, including the discovery of black mold behind the walls, which jeopardized our safety and resulted in additional expenses and delays.We encountered issues with the contractor's professionalism and honesty throughout the project. The team, including an unlicensed 'foreman,' lacked the necessary skills and experience for a project of this scale, as evidenced by the numerous problems we faced, from the paint job to the bathroom renovation. Adding to our concerns, the contractor rarely visited and inspected the work performed by her unlicensed foreman. When she did visit, her inspections were brief, often lasting no more than 10 minutes. We feel this neglect of duty by the general contractor allowed an unskilled worker to make significant decisions, leading to substandard results.The experience with Kaiser Construction was a harsh lesson in the importance of due diligence when selecting a contractor. We learned the value of verifying credentials, demanding detailed contracts, and staying vigilant against dubious practices.In response to these numerous issues, we took the necessary step of reporting Kaiser Construction to the CSLB. Our detailed documentation of the contractor's subpar workmanship, use of low-grade materials, and failure to obtain necessary permits provided strong evidence for our case. The CSLB conducted a thorough investigation, culminating in a ruling in our favor. This victory highlighted the importance of regulatory oversight in the construction industry and served as a testament to our resilience and commitment to holding Kaiser Construction accountable for their unprofessional conduct.Update:Despite some positive reviews, which may be influenced by friends and family, I urge potential clients to conduct a thorough online search using both the company's name and their CSLB license number. This approach can uncover crucial information about their past performance and regulatory compliance, helping you make a more informed choice. Always ensure that any contractor you consider has a history of honest, high-quality work.

We bought our house in 2015 and as a military family, moved across country and rented our house out. Upon return, with a 2 year old and 8month old we found our house embedded with mold and falling apart from our tenants.We contacted Kaiser Construction and they were able to have our home remediated, and reconstructed from the damage done by our tenants. We were able to live there safe and happily with a beautiful aesthetic, and peace of mind knowing they repaired our home for our children to grown up in. A million thank yous to Kaiser construction!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kaiser Construction on multiple projects, including the construction and installation of custom closets in my garage, master closet, and guest room, along with a floating entertainment center in our living room. However, the standout work was the creation of a custom-built BBQ enclosure for my Kamodo Joe Smoker/ BBQ grill.Kaiser Construction transformed our living spaces with their expertise in custom carpentry. The closet builds and installations are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. The attention to detail was evident. The custom floating entertainment center in our living room is amazing and blends with the overall design of the space. Speaking of space... space was limited in the master closet and Kaiser Construction came up with a great space saving idea for my shoes! (see photos) I'd post pics of the garage and guest closets but Ive cluttered them all up!As previously mentioned, The real masterpiece was the custom-built BBQ enclosure for my Kamodo Joe. The unique egg-shape of the grill was hard to work with. Kaiser Construction solved with great design-work and skill. The end result was a perfectly fitted, visually stunning BBQ/ Smoker station that exceeded my expectations. Not to mention their bid came in significantly lower than what the retail BBQ guys wanted to charge!Throughout these projects, the communication and collaboration with Kaiser Construction was great. The professionalism displayed by the team, from Ms. Kaiser and the on-site workers, was commendable. They maintained a clean and organized workspace, hit dead lines and showed respect for our home throughout the construction process.I cannot recommend Kaiser Construction highly enough. Whether it's closets, entertainment centers, or unique outdoor installations like my Komodo Joe BBQ enclosure, Kaiser Construction delivers. I am beyond satisfied with everything and cant wait to tackle more projects soon!
