Avi and crew were fantastic. We used them to put in a new stair case hand railing so that we could put in a gate to stop our toddler from going upstairs. The job was done very fast, smoothly, and professionally. Best of all it came out looking great! Along the way, I had some other stuff I needed done in the house (drywall and lighting), and his crew also handled that for me too and completed it with no issues. Highly recommend Lusso to anyone looking for a contractor they can trust who does things the right way with good follow through.

At the recommendation of our neighbors, Avi came out and gave us a quote, spending 90 mins with us and going through everything in detail. He is super personable and our young son who is typically shy with visitors wanted to hug him. We were limited on budget and went with a scaled down project from a cheaper contractor, but have no doubt his white glove touch would have made for a really smooth project. His office staffer was also very communicative and kind w/ scheduling and reminders.

Really great service from Avi and his team! I had a leak in my kitchen that resulted in having to re-do my concrete under my flooring, along with my kitchen and living room floors.They got back to me quickly, and had a quote on the spot when they came by my condo. Once they got started on the repairs, it took less than 2 weeks to finish.The rates were very fair, and ended up being lower than all of the other companies I got quotes from.Avi was really flexible with starting the work while I was out of the country. He worked hard to keep things moving, and got a nice discount on the vinyl flooring I used in my living room, along with free delivery of the vinyl planks.I really can't speak more highly of Lusso Design and Build, and would definitely go to them if I need any additional work done on my apartment!Services: General construction, Tile work installation, Install flooring

Avi and his team were incredibly easy and professional to work with. We were looking to make our backyard more functional since it was split into three different levels. This required removing several cubic yards of dirt, adding a retaining wall, and finishing with pavers, turf, and a new railing/patio cover.They not only completed the work on time and budget, but they went above and beyond to help take care of things that might have held the project up with any other company. Of the quotes we received, theirs was the most comprehensive and fairly priced. Some quotes were half the price just for the dirt removal alone! It was so nice to be able to let Lusso take care of everything and not worry about juggling contractors and their schedules. I highly recommend working with them for your exterior projects.

I hired Lusso 2 months ago to remodel my master bathroom, I met with Avi he explained all the details and gave me a quote the same morning, I hesitate at that moment and finally agreed to go for it, and I have no regrets for doing that. Within 3 weeks, we were able to get the permits and pick up all the materials, Avi finished the bathroom within 4 weeks, and the results are fabulous. Definitely gonna recommend them to others.

By far, the best contractor I've ever worked with. I found lusso through friend of ours, they doing an addition to their house. They are so happy with everything, so when we wanted to do our bathroom, they gave me Avi number right away.When we met him he explained us all the details and the process, he gave us a lot of information that we've never thought about.After that, he took us to several showrooms to pick up tiles and fixtures. He didn’t try to upsell or raise the cost due to the job being on the smaller side and he was able to start the work that following week. My experience with Avi and the Lusso Design and Build crew was absolutely wonderful. We had them replace 12 windows, a French door, and 2 sliding doors replaced. I have to say they nailed it in three major areas: price, quality, and getting it done on time.First up, the price. Avi gave me a solid quote that didn't break the bank. The guys installed the windows and doors beautifully, and finally, they got it all done on schedule. That's a big deal for me. Avi and the team stuck to their timeline like pros and kept me in the loop if anything was up.So, to sum it up, these guys were spot-on with price, knocked it out of the park with quality, and wrapped it up right when they said they would.
