She answered every question I had, helped me get comfortable with potential next steps. Flood damage is never fun to deal with, having someone walk you through the options without being pushy was nice.

I just called and gissele (i believe her name was) was and she was wonderful and right on that task! not even two rings and she picked up and sent one of her boys for a free consultation! Within 45 minutes someone came to help out and informed my husband of everything! And on top of that gissele kept me updated on everything through texts and calls! great company!

I called Mighty Dry after I had a flood. Jose was at my house within 30 minutes with drying equipment. He found all of the walls impacted and explained the rest of the process well. When Giovanni and his crew came in to remove the drywall and treat the area a few days later, they were very respectful and did great work. They always asked when they needed to do something or move things, and always kept me up to date with what was going on. I had some requests for them, and they listened and did exactly as I had asked. They also did a great job sealing off the rest of the house and were very thorough in their clean up, not easy with dry wall dust. At the same time, Jose was very communicative and did a great job coordinating with the team, other contractors like the plumber and the reconstruction team. He also continually followed up with my insurance to make sure things were taken care of from their end. I am very glad I called Mighty Dry. I'm not easy to impress, and they helped make a stressful situation as smooth as it could have been, and got it done quick, which was a great relief. I highly recommend them!

Excellent service from Mario. I called mighty dry when we discovered a pinhole leak in our bedroom, within 30 minutes of making that call Mario was at my front door. He quickly assessed the issue and started work the very next day. The whole team was friendly and professional, left my place spotless at completion of the project.

Thank you to Mario and his team from mighty dry. We’ve been having lots of issues with our home. We believed there was mold, so he used a very small camera to inspect inside the wall and discovered the insulation had mold. He scheduled demolition to be done the very next day had everything cleaned out and dried. Our walls were back up within the week. Thank you again

Mighty Dry San Diego needs MORE than 5 stars. We have had 2 emergencies, bathroom leak first and after 3 months a kitchen leak. In both cases the damage was extensive, more than anyone would ever wish for!! The first time, Ryan came same day I called and he was extremely nice, knowledgeable and reassuring! It took a while to figure out what was the problem due to the severity of the issue but Ryan and the whole team helped us assess the problem and figure out what to do to fix it. They have cool technology for diagnostics, and I had called other companies to "shop around" but I dropped everybody else to choose Mighty Dry. They have dealt with home insurance, sent a demo team, plumber team, contractor build to reconstruct everything again. Everyone, Ryan especially, were so helpful, nice, hard workers like Isaiah as well! Finally we also met Ritchie and we now understand why this company does an amazing job! He sets a great example as he has the best positive attitude, he knows a lot and he is nice and personable. I had a pipe leaking and Superdry came to help do water damage cleanup. However when they were removing the damaged drywall, they accidentally cut a sensor line of my garage door. They told me this would be taken care of during restoration, which is totally a lie. The restoration was done by a different company and they would not fix this. I contacted Superdry several times and they even promised to fix the garage door for me. But eventually no one showed up. I lost my patience and fixed it using my own money.
