We just had peak builders & Roofers of San Diego installed a new roof. This is a business you want to hire! Not only do they do quality work, but the customer service is superb. As a mom of 3 under 3, I need a little extra patience and assistance while trying to navigate a massive project as a roof repair. They came to our property, inspected the roof, and gave us the run-through of the damage to our roof. Throughout this process, they never tried to get us to sign a contract or tried to upsell us on anything, very straightforward company. They sent us a quote and gave us time to get everything prepared for such a big project to be completed. We scheduled our roof installation, and in 2 days, they were done. The property was kept clean, and a safe environment was their priority. Judah, our project manager, was constantly checking the progress and giving us updates he truly made this whole project run smoothly. I can not thank them enough for everything they did for us during this whole project. Peak builders and roofers recently recently did a lift and lay on my roof. The process went really well, including from the initial call all the way through final consultation. Their process includes assigning a project manager which functioned as a liaison for all details of the project. After the recent heavy rains in February, we develoed a water feature (leak) in our living room ceiling. Jonathan stopped by and gave us an in-depth estimate with two options: 1. Remove the 20 year old roof over the affected section of the house. 2. Do a complete roof repair. We decided now was the time to do a complete re-roof of the entire house. Working around intermittent showers Luis and his team completed the job in one week. Excellent time frame considering the numerous rain delays. Jonathan followed up when the job was almost complete to make sure there were no loose ends. Great job guys!

We received several quotes for our roof replacement and chose Peak Builders based on the thorough consult and great quote from Jonathan. He went on the roof and also up into the attic looking at vents and the quality of wood to give us his best estimate of what would need to be done. The workmanship was excellent and the job was completed exactly on time with no surprises. We had the additional requirement of needing a solar hot water system removed and replaced, all of which was done easily and works fine after testing. A multi-unit building I’m involved with had some leaks and was in need of repair/replacement. The HOA sent out around a dozen roof contractors, none of them could compare to Judah and his team. Right from the start, Judah was responsive, informative, and patient while coordinating with the other members of the HOA. He went above and beyond to ensure we understood everything involved, and even looked over other bids to give his professional opinion. Never once did I feel anything but trust and integrity and I couldn’t recommend them more. The project finished in the appropriate amount of time and Judah kept me and the HOA updated every step of the way!! After finding some damaged tiles on my roof with damaged paper underneath, I had to replace (lift and relay) my 30 year old roof. I got a few quotes and Peak Builders gave me a more affordable estimate but still had a lot of great reviews online. They were professional, kept me posted of progress, cleaned up debris around the house and I felt they were very accountable and made it very clear what each part of the job cost. I had to have some damaged wood replaced but it cost less than I had expected and they worked the weekend to get that extra work done. Peak Builders and Roofers provided outstanding service in replacing our old roof and gutters.Our old roof was over 30 years old, composed of multiple layers of shingles. There was water damage to a portion of the fascia, which also had to be replaced. Peak Builders provided a very competitive quote, and were able to start on the job within 2 weeks.They arrived promptly as scheduled. The work was of high quality and they cleaned up after themselves daily. Their Project Manager, Jonathan Ben Shabat, was always available by phone and promptly took care of any issues that came up. Same for the rain gutter replacement.I would highly recommend them for any home project.

Jonathan and the Peak Builders team are incredible heroes! Our thirty year old roof could not hold up to the recent heavy rain season. When I noticed large, dark patches on our vaulted ceiling that were beginning to grow and smell musty or mildewy, I called Peak Builders to come and assess the situation. Jonathan paid us a visit that very day. He was not only extremely professional and knowledgeable, but also kind and friendly. Jonathan found several signs of wood rot, a spot where shingles were missing, and places where the roof was buckled. As I suspected, we needed to replace the roof, but luckily, only over the leaking family room ceiling. By that evening, Jonathan prepared and emailed an impressively thorough estimate of the work and materials involved. My husband and I signed a contract, chose the the type and color of new shingles, and put a downpayment on a very fair price. To our surprise, Jonathan had a team start the demo process the very next morning and within 2 1/4 days, the installation of our beautiful, new, waterproof roof was complete! Jonathan kept me fully updated the entire time and politely answered any questions I had. Peak Builders had saved the day! In a few years, when it is time to replace the rest of the roof, I will definitely call Peak Builders and Roofers of San Diego because I know they do high quality work and offer excellent customer care. Easy to schedule inspection to get a quote, there were no issues throughout the process.Had two skylights over my garage, one leaked pretty nicely (or not) with heavy January 2023 rain. Wanted them replaced with asphalt shingles to match the rest of our roof.Shout out to Lucio who performed the work, very happy with the result, it even rained the following week for good measure, zero signs of water intrusion.The price was fair, I went with these guys from the good reviews beforehand also.Bigger name companies in SD wanted an inspection fee if you wanted a quote from them, thinking that might force people to just stay with them in order to avoid losing that fee.Good guys, very relaxed throughout, no issues.Also, the water damage was worse than initially thought, Lucio and Jonathan provided pictures of this and the job took an extra day because of this. I say this as a good thing, because they brought it to my attention and it was done the right way, instead of other companies possibly just bypassing it and making it good for visuals only.5 stars for a reason, very glad I called. Will be first in my mind in years to come when I potentially need a complete re-roof.

Peak Builders did some remodeling in my condo last Fall. They took out a pony wall and they built an accessible shower (for people in wheelchairs that need to sit, while in the shower). They also, widened two doorways, fixed / updated my pluming, fixed my sliding door and more.They were very attentive to my needs and listened to my directions.
