Call for a simple Question to review the best possible fix to an install that was done. had to call 6 times to get to a person and not a voice mail. after a week of leaving Voicemails no one called back. when I asked to speak with some one and not get a voicemail I was transferred to a person who was rude and disrespectful speaking in a condescending tone, citing me off while I was talking and did not want to be of any help i could tell that he was aggravated to have to be on the phone with me. outside of their products being a cheaper approach for a good install the customer services get a negative 5
