My husband and I are completely satisfied with the whole experience with this excellent roofing company. I have to say I was skeptical at first but when Kevin arrived to explain the whole process he put my worries at ease, he is courteous and helpful. The communication from the office staff (Caitlyn and Lucille) was absolutely incredible, they sent constant updates via email and phone when necessary. The crew that arrived to do the work did an amazing job and made sure they left my property clean. Lastly, we really appreciate the extra little things send by the owner. From first inspection, to helping with insurance, picking out the right color/style of shingle, getting approval to the final installation. It went smoothly.
