Edited. Currently being told we have to pay $4800 more to install our Solar with a different company. Sequoia knew all along we wanted a Solar ready roof. At the last minute, our tiles were changed to a light weight tile. When we inquired about the tile, we were told it would not make a difference. We have even resent the emails showing that we inquired about the lightweight tiles. Now our solar company will not lay solar panels on our lightweight tiles. Sequoia will not go in to resolve the issues as an act of good faith, so our solar can be installed. Instead they are charging us $4800 to do the work. Unbelievable.We loved working with Sequoia Roofing. Rudy was so easy to work with and we appreciated that there was no sales pressure. The communication was always quick and easy. The team was excellent and I recommend them wholeheartedly. Thank you Sequoia Roofing!

Rudy and his team were amazing. They started the job on time, cleaned up daily, and finished the roof in just over 2 days. That included removal of 1 layer of roofing material, wood repair, and reshingling.I've gotten several quotes. These guys were the best value by far. Our roof was just completed by Sequoia Roofing and they did an amazing job! From working with Mike R on the estimate, product and discovery of what caused the leak the customer service was top notch. The roofing crew arrived on schedule did a very through and timely job and were diligent about keeping the work site clean and safe. I did my homework and received 4 bids on my project. Mike did an excellent job keeping in our budget and providing a quality and affordable new roof with attention to detail (solar removal/installation, matching trim) and customer service.

We hired Sequoia because my neighbor recommended them. The job was the replacement of asphalt sheet on a low slope section of my roof with torch-down low-e material, along with repairing wood damage in the eaves. Sequoia gave us a preliminary bid over the phone, which did not differ from the formal bid once inspected. I was pretty impressed that they got the job done, from call to completion, within a week (work took a day and a half). There hasn't been rain yet to "leak test" the new roof yet but the damage repair looks good and we know we will benefit from the low-e insulation and reflective surface. The guys doing the work were nice, and left things clean.

Sequoia did an excellent job re-roofing my home. Because of some outside circumstances on my end, we had to reschedule the work a few times. Mike was very patient and accommodating to these challenges and got the work done in a timely manner.Of the three bids I obtained, Sequoia came in the lowest and also offered the best warranty, making them by far the best value. I give them my highest recommendation.

I'm a manager in a commercial building in Chula Vista, our roof leaked when it rained, we also had a part of the roof where the wood planks were rotting. Late last year, I searched online for roof maintenance/roofing in San Diego, had about eight or nine companies come in for a quote, including Sequoia. Comparing all the quotes, Sequoia didn't have the best price, however, the representative Rudy Turner, left the best impression. He was clear with his answers to my questions and he gave honest feedback.Due to the busy holiday season I wasn't able to get the roofing done until February this year, but because Rudy left such an impression I knew who I'd be calling to get our roof fixed. He came in the the following few days, and gave us a new quote, which was lower than the previous quote.Within a week or two he had his guys up on the roof, he was constantly updating me on the progress, sending pictures of the before, during and after and calling every few days. The project took about 10 days or so, Rudy was attentive and professional and always answered the phone when I called, and he had great guys working around the clock on the project, the guys were polite and didn't leave anything behind. This is getting very long, to wrap up, this is a great company call them for all your roofing needs.

Found Sequoia Roofing from Angie's List. Wanted a metal roof on my house. San Diego metal roofing contractors are hard to find at reasonable price. Sequoia responded promptly and began the job right away. My roof has many different peaks and radiuses so the job took some time because of their attention to detail and quality custom work performed. Sequoia also coordinated with solar contractors and ensured installation went smoothly. Bottom line - Sequoia Roofing did an excellent job.
