We recently had a flooded bedroom due to a broken pipe and enlisted ServPro to help us. They were there from start to finish and communicated every single step of the way. I had some issues with my water heater leaking for some time without realizing it and it damaged our dry wall. I called serv pro and they gave me outstanding service. They were at my doorstep 30 min after my call and were very quick at fixing the problem. First they had to let it dry so they brought in a heat generator and by the next day they were back to put a new dry wall.I had another pipe leaking in my bathroom on a different occasion and I called them again because I already knew they were a legit company and without a doubt they repaired everything quickly and hassle free. ServPro is definitely my go to company when something breaks in my house which is something that happens to every homeowner. I highly recommend them and their outstanding service. Thank you ServPro

OVERZEALOUS AND EGREGIOUS CONDUCT! Actions taken reflect greed and incompetence. A small leak in a bathroom shower resulted in Servpro destroying the entire bathroom unjustifiably and without the authorization of the condo owner. They did not need to demolish the entire bathroom and destroy the entire shower, removing the glass shower doors, removing the toilet and sink. If you prefer to get screwed hire these morons, if you don't, then avoid them like the plague!

It's a terrifying thing when you wake up in the morning and go out into the hallway and find you are standing in 3" of water soaked carpet, on the 2nd floor of a wood building. I was recommended by the local plumber who came and discovered the cause to contact ServPro, which I did immediately. Within hours the response was overwhelming. I opened the garage door and and 7 or 8 techs carrying blowers and vacuums came sweeping in. It felt good as a small business owner in San Diego to feel like Mike Barsnica and the crew had my back. They knew what to do, and did it immediately. And calmed my nerves, no small feat! lol Mike kept me informed thru the entire process and worked around the fact that I needed to stay here during every day of the clean up, demo to finish. They gave me enough space to make it work. It was not an easy, or fun process, but the managers and crews were all top notch. I deal with the HVAC trades in my business life everyday, for 30 years. I notice a high level of professionalism when I see it. Can't recommend you folks enough. Words cannot describe my gratefulness to a true hero, ServPro Mike, + his team. I was literally losing my mind after water damage had wrecked my new, beloved condo. All 3 levels affected; complicated by the insurance company, home builder, + HOA all trying to put the responsibility on each other. So ServPro came immediately, did a wonderful job of “pack out” which means taking every single thing out of the condo to a storage unit. Then SIX WEEKS went by while the arguments continued over who would pay for the extensive repair. The only thing that kept me from depression is remembering the incredible care, gently wrapping all in bubble wrap + padding + then taping. I could not believe how much they worked like they CARED about my possessions. Things like precious stacks of porcelain China from London, my mother’s, dishes over a hundred yearsold, to sofas, beds, bookcases, etc. I have way too much “stuff” but it is all beautiful + precious to me. Things like ironed organdy babydresses, memorabilia like origami, glass tables, trinkets, trophies from when my children were small. FINALLY my insurance company decided to get the ball rolling. Huge sheets of perfect plaster replaced all the cut-outs, ceilings restored, people working so hard, I had forgotten the amount of labor that is needed to “make things look like it never happened,” which is exactly what they did. A master craftsman named Israel did astonishing, beautiful work—he and also Martin are the only ones whose names I learned, in addition to Mike. My time at the hotel paid for by insurance company is ending this Wednesday; they have somehowworked with such diligence that they are doing “pack back” the very 2 days before I have to return. I have been treated like a Queen, despite being 82 years old. I love all these men, + could weep at my good fortune at being taken care of them, in their awesome green ServPro trucks that brought me joy each day they worked. Mike and his team were very responsive, quick and informative. We had a leak from our master bath which is above the kitchen and noticed water dripping from the lights. His team was quick to come early the next morning. They advised us about next steps and took the time to do a thorough job. They worked/planned things out so that I could still use my kitchen, even while they were drying out the structure and doing repairs. Everything was left perfectly and the clean up was impeccable. Johnny and his team were life savers! We had unprecedentedrains and water intruded from the ground in a rental I had renters moving into so I was stressed and in a crunch for time. Scott and the entire staff at ServPro of San Diego Bay SW/Coronado were incredibly helpful from start to finish, after our condo was flooded from the upstairs unit water leak. Scott came out to assess the damage within an hour on a weekend, was extremely knowledgeable, and helped get the process started immediately with the mop up crew, removing water damaged material, and using their high-end drying equipment to remove the moisture. They checked moisture levels daily until the unit was completely dry, minimizing the mold issue. From packing and moving everything out of our unit to bringing it all back safe and sound we cannot thank them enough for a job well done.
