Sheiner Construction remodeled our guest bathroom. We first met with Didi for the design. He helped us pick out finished materiel like tile, and all of the fixtures on pictures we'd like. When the quote was more than we had hoped, he helped us find other alternatives to fit our budget, but still look great! Didi & Joseph were very responsive and understanding throughout the project. Everything looks great and we are so happy with our bathroom! When we had an issue with the lighting after the completion of the project, they came and fixed it for us. I am so glad that we found Sheiner Construction. I've done my research and it's hard to find a reliable contractor these days. Didi did a wonderful job with my bathroom remodel as well as interior paint. The team was always courteous and respectful plus Didi was on top of everything and we could turn to him and always kept us up to speed. Our project was to remodel our bathroom, demo, relocating a wall, moving around plumbing, the real deal. I got quotes from different companies to find out we trusted Sheiner Construction the most. Didi was mid-range in terms of pricing, but he gave us the best workmanship, that the price he quoted was very fair and I was left feeling more confident that I wouldn't get surprised additions along the way. That was exactly my experience, no surprises, everything fully laid out. Didi hires good people who do outstanding work. They are nice, trustworthy, and very professional. The workmanship is amazing. When there were hiccups along the way with things we had delivered (a vanity that was broken, and a bathtub that needed to be replaced), Didi and his crew were incredibly flexible in adapting to these issues and never made us feel like it was a burden to have them wait around for replacements. Just finished having my master bathroom remodeled working with Sheiner Construction. As a first time homeowner having a first time home remodeling project, the professionalism of the team has given me a lot of confidence throughout the process ending up with beyond expectation result.Didi was my project manager, and it has been a joy and a smooth experience working together. On the day we signed the contract, he explained to me every little detail of the project, including what to expect, detailed cost breakdown, and so many other things that I have not even thought about before.Because it's my first home remodeling experience, I had a lot of dummy questions I kept asking Didi and he's been very patient and polite, he gave me detailed answers. He messaged me almost every other day to keep me up to date the construction progress, asked for my updates on deliveries of the items like tiles, fixtures, vanity sets, tubs etc and he's creative and flexible to shift the construction progress here and there to adjust to the delivery dates. He came to my house at least once or twice a week to monitor the progress, and he's also a very friendly and approachable person.The crew members that came here and worked every weekday, I have never met such professional and polite crew team before. They are friendly and kept the place clean, before they left at the end of day they watered down the area to make sure it's not dust everywhere to keep my neighbors happy too. When they asked for my input of the position placement of the faucet, mirrors etc and I was indecisive, they were patiently waiting for my answers and gave me suggestions of what they would do to just give another person's perspective which I appreciated. Didi had good relationship with the crew members and they communicated frequently, together they were able to give me regular updates.From the day we signed the contract, talked about the design and went to showrooms for shopping, getting city approvals, demolition of everything, with unexpected delivery delay of the bathtub AND the thanksgiving break, everything was completed in less than 12 weeks, which now when I think back it's a really incredible timeline. And most importantly, I'm happy and satisfied with the end result.I would not hesitate to work with Sheiner Construction especially with Didi again for future home remodeling projects, and I would highly recommend to my friends and family.Services: Paint indoors, Remodeling, Interior structural repairs

My project was a kitchen remodeling in San Diego, Didi from Sheiner Construction came out, him and his team are wonderful. We had them help us with a kitchen remodel which entailed relocating plumbing including gas line along with installing new flooring, cabinets, backsplash, tiling, and a few other things as well. The kitchen renovation took them about a month to complete not including the material to be delivered to us. They were great throughout the entire job and working with Didi restored my confidents in contractors, he was very easy. He kept us well informed and did a terrific job, making sure we got the exact dream kitchen we always wanted. Highly recommend Sheiner Construction services for your kitchen remodel.

Thoughts of a kitchen remodel can be an intimidating and scary. But, after numerous recommendations from friends, neighbors and reading online reviews I decided to try Sheiner Construction brothers. They have a wonderful attitude with numerous examples to talk about. Didi help me design the kitchen of my dreams. He has an obvious wealth of knowledge and expertise and guided me through the process. After a few design changes, I had my perfect kitchen design. He also show me the best options for quartz and directed me to the best places for granite slabs to choose at a reasonable prices. Finally the cabinet and quartz fabricators and installers were prompt and completed the installations in a timely, efficient and professional manner. I made an appointment Didi with Sheiner Construction after talking to a neighbor who highly recommended Didi and his team after having their kitchen remodeled by them. I had an old master bathroom in desperate need of full bathroom renovation. Although Sheiner Cnstruction can develop a plan for a complete project from inception, in my case, I already had a design envisioned by a different designer and needed a company that would make it come to life. I was looking for a team who takes pride on details, from the perfection of floor installation to the smoothness of the walls, and the vanities installation. I was looking to have knowledgeable and polite people working at my house, so I took my friend’s advice and hired Sheiner Construction, and today I can confidently say that for the first time in our lives, my husband and I are completely happy with a remodeling project. We contacted Sheiner Construction to remodel our guest and master bathrooms. From the first visit, we felt they were different from other contractors we met with. They came out both, Joseph and Didi to look through our bathrooms and they brought very good ideas on how to best remodel them. We felt they were genuine with their ideas and were not just trying to get a quote, but rather wanted to do things the right way. Because of their original ideas and attention to our feedback, we decided to go with them.Didi was our project manager and he is amazing. He gave many great recommendations for where to buy our finished materials, and even came out with us when we were confused (it happens! haha) which helped us save both time and money. When the project started, he gave us regular updates and was always available to answer our questions whenever we called or texted him. The project had a few unforeseen circumstances, like most renovations. However, we felt Didi was always on our side and very understanding. He helped us fix these issues immediately with no pushback. Didi's attitude throughout the whole project was so positive, and it really helped relieve all the stress we had. Didi and his crew from Sheiner Construction were great, they exceeded our expectations above & beyond! Didi has the knowledge and know how when it comes to remodeling. He worked with us within our budget, gave us great advice, suggested cost-cutting ideas and provide high quality workmanship in everything he and his crew did. Didi was very patient with us and with our time deadlines. The crew arrived every day (Monday - Saturday) and were early/on time and left in the late hours of the evening. Everything that Sheiner Construction worked on was done with high quality standards, precise attention to detail and a lot of care to protect personal items. At the end, all our home projects passed inspection the first time from the bathroom remodel to the electrical code and to the new plumbing pipes. Our dated small bathroom and powder room are now a show. The best thing about Sheiner Construction was Didi (the owner) and his crew were in constant communication with us. We were updated on their progress and informed on any suggested changes necessary via text messages and photos. I dreaded deeply starting our master bathroom remodel on my rental down in San Diego, I am terrible at designing. Didi was amazing, he took the stress out and willingly allowed my sister to help with all the design. Didi was very responsive and flexible. I am very pleased with my decision to remodel my kitchen and master bathroom with Sheiner Construction. I was looking for a contractor who would translate my ideas and re-do them to flow with my 1940 dream house. I interviewed a few local contractors and Didi with Sheiner Construction portfolio and references made me feel confident in my decision to partner with them for this much needed renovation.

Alex the forman showed up as expected, Didi the project manager kept close contact and even helped us find  a vanity and floor tile I really wanted and by that saved me money.

The best part of working with Didi is the remodel was completed right on time and with amazing craftsmanship.

We had a great experience with Sheiner ConstructionDidi, the owner, is incredibly personable and did an excellent job of hearing us out, presenting us with options, and working with our budget to remodel our shower into a usable and enjoyable part of our bathroom, with our needs in mind. 

Throughout the process, Didi was great, proactive communicator and we were never left wondering when or if something was going to happen.

In addition, Alex and his crew were a joy to work with. My wife was working from home during the project and enjoyed all her interactions with the crew. They worked hard and completed the job quickly with great attention to detail. Their work surpassed my expectations.

Sheiner Construction did a kitchen remodel on my old house. I chose the design and wanted to keep things in line with the rest of the home, but give it a fresh and modern approach. Project manager Didi and the team completed the work from demo to final completion in less than 2 months, and would have been done much sooner except for the kitchen cabinet supply chain issues. Renovating is stressful, but I was in constant contact with Didi, there were no hidden fees that popped up other than upgrades or changes I made, permits were passed with no problem at every step, and issues were resolved and taken seriously when they did arise.You pay for their expertise, but I found their pricing to be in line with other contractors I considered and I was treated with respect during our consultation and the process which is why I ultimately chose them.Service: Kitchen design

We bought a fixer-upper in San Diego. We didn't realize how much work and planning it would actually require to bring it to living conditions . Gladly I was referred to Didi and Joe by a good friend who did a pretty significant remodel as well.They were able to walk me through the process step by step. They really know how to deal with SD City, which was a huge plus, because it seemed like every other contractor we spoke with really had no idea or was not willing to. The remodeling went completely smooth. I've heard all the nightmares of contractors and been through a pretty bad experience myself in the past.We remodeled 2 full bathrooms (one was an addition and it came out REALLY beautiful). We have been in our home for almost 20 years and have always wished we had a dream kitchen. I discovered Sheiner Construction by doing a Google search for contractors in the San Diego to remodel my condo in downtown. I’m so happy I decided to go with this company! First we worked with Didi (who was awesome!), they helped us visualize exactly what we wanted for our new bathroom, especially the tub-to-shower conversion.
