Bryn and his team at Watkins Environmental are excellent at what they do. We had an incident arise during a renovation project that needed to be addressed promptly, and after calling Bryn in the afternoon to explain what we needed, his team was on the ground and ready to go literally the next morning. No one else that I contacted was able to get there as fast as Watkins Environmental. I was thoroughly impressed.The team at Watkins Environmental is also skilled at what they do, and I recommend them. We were happy with their service, and their pricing was competitive. Not only that, but they also kept us informed throughout the project with several updates. Great company, fast communication, and clean result.During floor installation, my floor installers found black tar under wooden floor, so it's asbestos. I really needed to finish my floor in 1 week it's deadline. So I started call different companies and I'm glad that I was able to get Watkins. I got work done within 2 days.My contact was Bryn, he is the manager. Team that worked in my house was led by Humberto, also great. The workers in the office were also polite and clear.👍

After finding asbestos tile underneath the two layers of carpet in the new commercial space I was leasing I became very discouraged. One of the carpets was glued to the asbestos tile making this even more complicated. Watkins Enviromental to the rescue. This is a small job for them only being 1000 sq ft.. but they found time in there schedule to fit this job in.., Watkins is professional, prompt, and I am very happy with their services. I bought a 1980’s townhome recently and it had popcorn ceiling. I was concerned there would be asbestos so I looked for an abatement company. I received three different quotes. Watkins was able to immediately give me a competitive quote over the phone. I chose Watkins over other companies because the estimated job time was 2-3 days, they also seemed the most experienced. The team that came to our home was knowledgeable and respectful. The work, which was scheduled for three days (meaning we had to be out of the house for three days) was finished in two. The work was done quickly and cleanly. The end result was asbestos-free ceilings that have allowed us to remodel our home without the worry associated with having asbestos in our home. We were doing some in-wall pipe repairs, and when our plumber cut into the walls, we were surprised because the material in the walls looked really strange and not at all like what we had seen in other, newer parts of the house. That's always a red flag for us because the house is old, but we didn't know or consider that the walls could have asbestos. We paused the work and got an asbestos test, which came back positive. I called Watkins Environmental, and Bryn was able to answer my questions and give me a quote over phone/email for cleanup of the areas we had already cut into and demo for a third area that we would need wall access for. They were also able to start the work sooner than the other companies I called. Luckily, the issue was not too bad, and everything was able to be taken care of in one day once they got out here. The guys who came out were friendly and thorough.

I ended up with an obsolete Transite pipe laying in my driveway after switching to a high efficacy furnace. Watkins made the removal process extremely simple while keeping pricing reasonable. They stayed on top of this small job without me having to inquire all the time and things were taken care of in no time. I know I would start with them if I ever have another remediation/disposal job. Very happy.

Needed some asbestos removed from behind an old furnace. Not only were they quick to reply and schedule me in the same week, they were reasonably priced as well. The tech came out and removed the drywall, only to discover a little more asbestos inside the wall. He promptly cleaned that off too. Great company to work with.

I hired this company to perform asbestos abatement for a transite pipe at my house, mandated because I was replacing the water heater. They were by far the most responsive of the other companies I called, even during the holidays. Other companies said they would drop by to quote and never did. Richard the serviceman was on time, quick and professional. He even went out of his way to patch up the hole on the roof made by removal of the transite pipe because the pumper was running late and it was about to rain. Overall I highly recommend.

We recently found the asbestos tiles under carpets. I called Watkins Environmental. They came to give a good estimate, and next day they did super job to remove the asbestos tiles and clean the mastic glues under them. They can quickly get into the work and finish it in time for my other project. It is definitely 5.
