Hydro Hero does an incredible/phenomenal job and really returns your house to look as if nothing ever happened. This is such an incredible feeling after an emergency. They are experts in water restoration damage. From the initial phone call, which was very professionally handled, to the time they were pulling dehumidifiers from the back of their trucks was less than 3 hours, which I find amazing. I contacted Hydro Hero due to the excessive rain we hd earlier this year. It clearly had done water damaged walls in several rooms in our house. We also wanted to discuss possible mold concerns after contacting several other companies in the area and no answer and no call back.Hydro was very responsive, with great customer service. They sent Morgan out for an inspection on the same day, he was very friendly and informative during the inspection. We requested mold testing of the affected areas. I think within 48 hours we got the results and came up with a remediation plan. The quote was honest and fair based on our feedback from the insurance provider. The work was completed in one day. The blowers were left for maybe 2, or 3 days. The crew was very professional and complete pros from start to end. Glad I found these guys. Thank you guys. I’d recommend them to my friends and family.

We had 2nd floor flooding via a broken braided stainless steel toilet hose with plastic connectors. The plastic broke, and I believe it should be illegal to have plastic end connectors. This went on for about 45 minutes and resulted in flooding the bathroom and the 1st floor bathroom and bedroom below it as well. My insurance company immediately sent the Hydro Hero restoration of water damage crew, who removed most of the water via mopping and vacuuming. They then placed fans and dehumidifiers in the rooms to dry, including the ceiling. Throughout this process they were very knowledgeable and professional and was concerned for our property and our inconvenience. Definitely if we have flooding again I would call Hydro Hero for their excellent water damage restoration service. Thanks to everyone, you are top-notch.
