My Husband and I have wanted to update our kitchen and bathrooms for some time now. Surfside Builders came through a recommendation of a friend and were completely satisfied how our project turned out. The job turned out excellent and the crews were so incredibly talented and. It took 1 year for my husband and I to decide on a contractor for adding our second floor and renovation of our first complete floor. Having built 3 homes and remodeled 2 others I can say Surfside Builders Group is a company like None other. I had them Build An ADU and add an addition on to my home. Their architect Sean along with the rest of their project managers completed my project seamlessly and on time. Definitely would use them for cute projects.

We had major leaks coming through my rooftop deck from the rainfall and Surfside Builders came to the rescue! They removed and replaced all damaged drywall , insulationand cabinetry and renovated 2 of my bathrooms along with my kitchen. The project came out beautifully and the team was hardworking and talented throughout. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the work done to our home!

I must say Simon and Jose did such a marvelous job building my ADU. We were able to build out 850 SF with 2 Bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The finishings were done so beautifully and the project rented out within 1 week of completion. I would have them back in a heartbeat to do future work!

the best thing i found was surfside builders simon was a pleasure to work with the did two bathrooms and my kitchen and finished the job on time his crew was very friendly and on time every day there work is the best i've seen they definitely increased the vaule of my home.
