I am very happy with the awsome service I recieved from Redwood Pipe & Drain.All of the folks there were professional from the get-go. Britney gave me a quote over the phone for replacement of my hot water heater and disposal of the old one. It was a fair quote, so I called them back that evening. Brett was here the next morning &within 3 hours I had hot water!I found him to be very knowledgeable, polite, clean and efficient.Mike came by to check on the situation, he was thoughtful & innovative. We discussed some other issues including the old galvanized pipes and lack of a water softener.Brett took some photographs of the pipes. That very evening, they sent quotes for copper replacements & a new softener.I am happy to have finally found my forever plumbers ! I am looking forward to working with these folks on the next phase of my Plumbing renovation!👍Lynda

Trust Mike! Not only did he solve our plumbing issues, but our house running better than ever before! The pricing is great w/ quality to match! We needed a new hot water heater, but we had low water pressure, & we had hard water destroying fixtures. Redwood Pipe and Drain are great. The owner, Mike, came to our house and we went over the work we were looking at. We wanted to replace our water heater tank with a tankless system, replace all of the existing galvanized water pipe with copper, and upgrade our propane to accommodate a new gas fire place and prep for addition of a propane generator and line to our BBQ in the future. The crew, Richard, Brett, Silvestre, arrived after 9, not too early, and introduced themselves. All very polite and courteous and professional. All of the work they did was top notch and they don't cut corners on materials. They were very responsive to feedback and are true to their word when it comes to making sure the customer is satisfied, including making some changes at my request. They are very committed to making sure that all of the work is done to your satisfaction. When all of the work was done they cleaned up after and took away the old water heater. Brittni in the office is totally on top of all communication and each day I got a text notification in the morning of who was showing up and and when. I was also always sure that communication got to the crew when I sent it. Very responsive communication. All in all I highly recommend Redwood Pipe & Drain. Great folks

Redwood Pipe and Drain charged us $480.00 for a 30 min 1’ PEX pipe leak repair with easy access. No estimate was given in fact they did the repair so fast to write an estimate would have taken the same time..We had used them back in Feb 23 for a whole water system heating and repipe so It’s my fault for trusting that there was any sort of relationship built in. When they told me they were our “go to” plumbers I believed them.Yes they are responsive and very good at what they do so if you want to pay $ 900 per hr for a plumber give them a call! Mike was very friendly, professional, and ended up being around half the price of another plumbing quote I received. But they had a cancellation so Mike (owner) came out the next day. After discussing all options, we decided on a replacement and RPAD was able to do it the next day! I recently purchased a home, and discovered a propane leak preventing us from such niceties as hot water and home heating. RPD were incredibly responsive in getting someone out there immediately; Mike was professional, patient, and responsive, breaking down the options and associated costs. Given the time constraints we had, as the house needed to be move-in ready in the next few days, I was impressed by their speed. They were able to develop a plan for identifying the location of the leak, laying new pipe, and testing the system, completing work in just two days. City Santa Cruz ask me to replace water line from my house to the water meter before they are replace the new water meter. otherwise they will shut down the water to my house.I am retired and have a limit. Then I dig mud on the pipe area. I try to do whatever I could to cut the the budget.Redwood Pipe & Drain, Inc. was the 4th company I call for the estimate. They are very professional and very nice. When they know I only have a little budget. They told me the different between the one job estimate and the hourly repair labor. In my case, better choose the hourly repair to save more money.They are really responsible, they always very quickly to reply me.
