Entrance gate is narrow, use east shoulder to turn in, go around the building to the south side for the docks, tandems back, quick unloading, you need to remove the dunnage after unloading. No parking on the property. As of 2/18/20, can park on the east shoulder til that land becomes developed.

I'm waiting on the side of the road across the street. Two other trucks are also waiting. Appointment was 9am, not a soul around at 9:30am. Dispatch is trying to contact someone but nobody answers the phone. 🤔

Trying to make a 7:30 delivery to them it's now 8:09 am and nobody is here or answering the phone. We make pick up appointments by our delivery time, this just throws the whole day off.
