A company who sincerely wants to help their community and follows through with their promises.Everyone at AER that I've encountered has been AMAZING! The ladies in the office, Stephanie and Rebecca, went ABOVE & BEYOND providing me with solutions to my problem even though there was no out of pocket cost to me.My initial contact was to get a quote for a roof tune-up in that my gutters appeared to be clogged and I was concerned there may be additional damage to the roof. Prior to the appointment, I had 3 other companies come out and quote me as much as $3000 for the service. One of them claimed the other 2 companies were over charging me for services not needed and the only issue I had was the clogged gutters and a missing rake tile. The salesman wanted to charge me $1000 to replace only a single tile! He explained that this was because when they order the tiles they have to order in quantities of 6, when all I needed was 1. I ended up contacting the manufacturer of my roof tiles and they were able to send me out a single rake tile for FREE! I immediately contacted Stephanie and she consulted with Rebecca to come up with a plan to have their guys come out on a day they were in the area and install the tile at no cost (see pics). Needless to say I was beyond thrilled and impressed with how willing they were to put aside profits for the sake of gaining my trust and loyalty. I will surely contact them again when I have ANY roofing needs in the future and will recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Additionally, my concern with the other tiles were also addressed with no hesitation. They continued to send Chris out and he was extremely thorough and took the time to talk me though everything he found with full explanations I could understand. He did find a cracked tile that he quickly had a solution for by swapping it out with another tile; again with no cost to me.If you are looking to hire AER I personally would recommend them every time! We had a great experience with American Eagle Roofing. Scheduling was easy and they confirmed the day before and the day of before arriving. Steve was the gentleman who came out to help us find the source of water discovered in a wall. He was very knowledgeable, solving the mystery of old water damager vs the current leak. We'll definitely be calling them back when we need the roof replaced in a couple years.

Absolutely amazing! We called with some urgent roof issues and they came out within a day to look at it, got the material ordered and finished the job within a week. If your looking for a company that will show up when they say they will and do amazing work call them. We will definitely use them from now on.

Conscientious and Caring. When we had our roof replaced, someone helped with every step: from getting permits, coordinating inspections, picking the right materials for our unique roof, choosing a color that met County requirements, coordinating and completing work with our schedules to cleaning up after the job. Each person in the office and on the crew was someone we could trust. Recently, we had them come out to clean the roof and gutters before the big storms rolled through. Once again, the office team was great at communicating and scheduling and the workers went above and beyond to clean our gutters and leave things much better than they found them.

We had a shed reroof done by American Eagle Roofing, Marcos and Dennis did a fantastic job. It looks beautiful! They were here on time, they had a hill to drive up and when they couldn’t get the truck up they brought the supplies up and down with no complaints. They had everything they needed and they were true pros. They took pictures of every step along the way and they didn’t even scrape the paint off the fascia boards. They picked all the trash and left the area spotless. We already have another job for them, just waiting for the estimate.

I can't thank American Eagle Roofing enough! After the last storm, we noticed a leak in the ceiling over my youngest sons bed and were very concerned. We called several roofing companies, and Steve from American Eagle was the first one to show up on time and refused to leave without repairing the problem on site. Not only was the inspection free, but he did not charge us for the small repair. We will not be using another roofing company going forward and look forward to having American Eagle back out in the spring to assess the long-term outlook of my roof. Thanks Again!

American Eagle did an incredible job on our roof. The crew came in and completed the roof in 2 days. They were quick, professional and clean. They even dealt with a rain delay. The owner Sean, knew there was a large leak in the roof and had the crew come out and tarp the roof prior to the storm. Rebecca had clear communication through the whole process. Including letting us know there was a crew coming just to tarp to ensure there was no more damage to the building.I have now used both American Eagle and the other major roofing company in the local area. American Eagle was heads and shoulders above the competitor. There were no shortcuts taken and everything was completed exactly as requested, in the timeframe stated.I highly recommend American Eagle Roofing. They are a local company who works where they live and, also do great things for the community by giving back to the community.

Thanks to Sean Kennedy at American Eagle Roofing, my roof is finally finished after a nightmarish experience dealing with the insurance company. My roof was damaged after the major storms in January 2023 and after 11 months of fighting with insurance, AE Roofing just completed the project and my roof looks amazing! Once the project was approved and scheduled, they were done in 3 days. Everyone I worked with at AE Roofing was very professional and there wasn't a mess left behind. They scheduled all the permits and inspections for us so we didn't have to worry about it (thanks Rebecca!). They do high quality work at a great value! Would definitely recommend this company!

I could not be happier with a roof repair and maintenance job completed this month by American Eagle Roofing. The proposal and scope of work completed by Chris was the best (by far) of three companies I contacted. Chris was the most thorough. He went on the roof to do inspection and to measure all valley lengths (for cleaning). I had four areas of dry rot needing attention, all valleys needed cleaning, a handful of tiles needed replacing, and sections of gutters needed replacing. The proposal was timely, extremely fair, and professional.My communications with Rebecca the install coordinator was outstanding. My job was scheduled very timely within just a week of accepting the proposal, and in coordination with outside painting with another contractor that was in process. I also asked for an additional gutter section to be replaced just one day before the crew was to start. Rebecca handled this request easily and made the arrangements perfectly.The job foreman Julian was so impressive with everything he did and with his assistant worker. The whole job was completed in just two days and with total expertise. It included ~100 ft of gutter replacement, four/five dry rot areas replaced, over 130 ft of valleys cleaned (included tile removal to expose flashings and cutting back original battens that should not have been installed over flashings), and addition of a sky light diverter. Julian went above and beyond my expectations by fixing a few on the spot requests I made (adding screen blocks to two high up roof overhang areas where birds tend to nest, hanging two second story downspout replacements I had ready, removing an obsolete pellet stove chimney and covering the resulting hole. He was so talented, efficient, and positive with all his communications/willingness to completely satisfy me. He's awesome!Thanks to everyone at American Eagle Roofing. I am a truly satisfied customer and will be spreading the word!

Love American Eagle Roofing! Their employees Marcos and Dennis were the best! Marcos took the time to concisely explain everything that was going on with my roof repair. He diagnosed the problem with the initial install, until my wife and I understood it and then he explained how Dennis and him would fix it. They then fixed it and the job looks great, they cleaned up the entire area! I would not hesitate hiring American Eagle Roofing, Marcos and Dennis again. I was just blown away with their service.

What a nightmare of an experience!!!At first American Eagle Roofing seemed very professional and I was excited to give this company my business. Shortly after demolition began, that’s when everything “hit the fan”. American Eagle abandoned my house for another home and left my roof open and exposed for three days without explanation in the middle of rainy season. It wasn’t until it started down pouring rain that I had to call AER in the middle of the night because water was pouring into my attic completely soaking my insulation. A crew showed up about an hour later and covered up my roof with the ice/water shield intended for dry application, not wet application. They installed this all over old debris including loose nails, staples, and various construction debris. AER sent out several project managers whom all played off the incident as if it was no big deal, when in fact I had several 3rd party contractors telling me otherwise. AER downplayed the entire incident and never assumed responsibility for their negligence and even made me feel like I was being unreasonable and made me feel like everything was my fault.I wish this was the end of the issues with this project, but unfortunately it was not. Every step of the way continued to be mistake after mistake made by AER. They continued to delay my roof multiple times, they were extremely difficult to reach/get a hold of, they did not clean up after themselves (even though they said they would in their contract), they never gave me a final walkthrough, they sent me the wrong invoice (twice), and more.At the end of the day, they did finish my roof and did an okay job (although I am concerned about the debris trapped under my ice/water shield), which is why they get two stars instead of just one.I would highly advise staying away from this company, and learn from my misfortune.

We had some tiles slipping down and an American Eagle rep was driving by, noticed the problem, and stopped and told us of the problem and how it could be fixed. An appointment date was set up. When rain was forecast before the start date, they called and came out the next day and finished the job before the rains came. Workers were respectful of our dogs while in backyard, work area was cleaned and in good condition . I would not hesitate to use American Eagle again

American Eagle Roofing did an exceptional job from start to finish! Professional, easy to work with, reasonably priced, experienced, and--hard to find these days--RELIABLE. They went way out of their way to get our roof completed in a very tight 3-day window before the storms hit by doubling up on crew. No landscaping, animals, or feelings were hurt in the process, lol. But seriously, they made the process SO easy, handled the permitting and post-approval, and sent more than one person out to do final walkthrough and finishing work. They left us with extra roof tiles in the event we needed them down the road. And it's all warrantied! I had three estimates done, all within the same price, but AER far surpassed competitors in how timely, responsive, and thorough they were during the bid process. They even helped us get financing to offset some of the costs. Approval within minutes. Couldn't recommend them more! That said, I hope I don't ever have to replace another roof in my lifetime. ;)

American Eagle Roofing did a fantastic job on our new roof. Sean came out very quickly when I requested an estimate (which he didn't charge for unlike other companies). The team really worked well together, cleaned up daily, respected the property and kept communication lines open so we never felt uninformed.We had several pieces of dry rot that we had AER replace. I appreciate that rot being brought to our attention before the roof was installed. My estimate was not the lowest but it was well worth the extra money for better materials and knowing that they knew their way around a difficult roof. They did a beautiful job on some tough angles for flashing as well.I've done several projects lately and I wish all my contractors were this pleasant to work with as American Eagle Roofing! We chose American Eagle after obtaining multiple bids primarily because they gave us an install date of 4-6 weeks verses the 8-10 we had received from other companies. They called about 2 weeks later with an earlier installation availability. We have a 20 year old concrete tile roof and had an active leak in the valley area. The crew (Brandon, Robbie & Kyle) showed up on time and ready to work. Brandon discussed the work to be done and the process. They were great. They were conscientious, courteous and hard working. My husband and I had someone come out about 3 weeks ago to take a look at our roof. We were told once he was sent the plans that they would have a bid for us in a few days. My husband sent our plans over the following day, and never heard a thing back. He called the person who came out several times and the main office and still nothing. I get it; if you're busy, but at LEAST call with an update to tell us there is a delay. Instead we were just ghosted and have now given up with this company.

I am impressed with the responsiveness of the firm as well as the professionalism of Jose and the crew. They were careful to do far more than was required to simply slap gutters up...paid attention to the best location for downspouts, tying one in to the existing underground drainage pipe and extending another to ensure water was carried away from a wall and down a concrete patio. This was not a big job for the company but Jessica and the other staff handled it in a way that will certainly have me contacting them for additionall work in the future.
