Straight Line staff showed up on time, got right to work tearing off the old roof, identifying dry root issues, replace dry rot areas better than what was originally there, buttoned up my roof for a 3 day storm with flood warning (no leaks at all)! Crew was amazing, friendly, and helpful. Roof looks amazing! I tell people how much I love it and they just don't understand, I think that's because they just don't get it because they haven't had to commit to protecting their own home yet. Thank you Sean and all the other hard working staff!!!

Straight line roofing provided me the best customer service. I set up a time for them to come and do the work, they communicated with me when another time opened up earlier than that. Their communication was top notch, everyone involved with the project had access to all communications, so they were all on the same page. Their workers showed up when they said they would and already knew the details of the abnormal type of work we needed. They were very polite and finished the job quickly.

The whole team from start to finish was awesome. This was a big, difficult job on a steeply pitched roof and with metal wrap around logs for my woodpecker problems. Generally a good experience. Shaun was the rep who came out to the house to do the estimate of roof repairs, gutters and siding. He was very thorough. The roofing crew was quick and did a great job. My only issue was there was cigarette butts found in my front landscaping during and after the job. The gutter crew was great as well. No issues. The siding crew was led by Johnny. Him and his crew were great! He communicated well and often, which I really appreciated. Very respectful and professional! The company subcontracted out the stone work. This was where most of our issues came in. Shaun said he was communicating with the stone work lead, but wasn't. There was confusion on what we were getting completed. I told Shaun I was going out of town for military obligations and he said he would be sure to oversee everything. Well I came back to extra areas of stone work being done. By that time, no reason to have them take it down, and of course we were charged for it. We had them come back a couple of times to fix things; Stones facing the wrong direction. We asked about grouting only on the caps. They came back and grouted EVERYTHING! Certainly took away from the overall look. No discounts made for their mistakes and when talking to Straight line about it, they asked if I had talked to the subcontracter about the issue. They subcontracted with this company, but weren't communicating with them. Lastly, some of the roof tiles were broken assuring the siding work. Shaun said they would replace them. No one has come back to do this. Classic response to already having been paid. Thankfully the work is warrantied.

Everything ever done with my home's roof and rain gutter system has been done by Straight Line Roofing. They installed a new roof, gutters, and down spouts about 20 years ago and they still look and work like new. Since then I have had Straight Line install sun tubes, two more down spouts, and flash an antenna mast. The latter work was completed today by Andy, Tyler, and Steven. Mine was a small job, but I still received amazing workmanship and know how by this trio of roofing professionals. I am so appreciative of them, Chevy and Phil who made it happen, and Straight Line as a locally based premier roofer. I only trust my home's roof to Straight Line. Our 32 year old house needed new gutters and downspouts. We have a cement tile roof which complicates the installation a bit because two rows of tile have to be removed. After getting a few estimates we decided to go with Straight Line Roofing. Brian and his team did a great job! They also addressed a couple of areas that we had been experiencing some roof leaks. They found the problem, fixed it and after a rainy season this year, we haven’t been having any more leaks! I highly recommend this company! There was only one issue that I can find to complain about and that is that it took a couple of months to get on the schedule.

New review: Bend in downspout was leaking and Straight Line came out to check on it. Brandon was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He immediately identified what was wrong, and explained what was needed to correct the problem. He did a check around the entire house to ensure nothing else needed attention, and was able to replace the downspout the same day. Great customer service!Prior review:Great experience with this company. I needed some repairs to my house. Sean came out to provide an estimate. He was very thorough and, even though I had only asked about certain areas around my house, he meticulously checked everything and was able to tell me where the true source of my home issues stemmed. His estimate was very detailed and he provided a file of photos to refer to when looking at the needed roof repairs.I, also, appreciated that once I had selected Straight Line for my repair project, Sean referred me to a financing company that Straight Line works with. I don't usually like to give detailed reviews but know this company definitely appreciates great customers and awesome reviews. So give me a few minutes to let everyone know to explain why they are the best.Straight Line Construction came in with the best price after getting quotes from 3 other respected roofers in the area. Not only were they quick to respond, but answered any questions as well. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant, we received photos of the individual whom was working with up to date start times and they were super efficient and all polite as well.During the the material unloading, the forklift put a decent hole in the driveway. Not only were they extremely responsive in getting it fixed, they patched it and asked us each day if they could do anything better for us.Also, they ran out of materials come Friday afternoon and before a big Storm here in May, they sealed up everything professionally before they left, checked in with us over the weekend and came out after the rain cleared to finish everything up.They cleaned up after each work day to find only a few screws and nails, which is normal, given the 4k sq ft size of the roof, and picked up everything along the way.Thank you Ondrej, the foreman on the job who informed us along each step of the way. Heck there crew finished a 4k sq ft roof in a little over 2 days including tear off as well as reach out to us on their day off during a few inches of rain. Seth and Taylor worked great on the gutters and Stephen and Monique in the office always were nice to chat with as well!If you're ever in need of roof repair or other projects, we will refer anyone to Straight Line. Matt the salesman was a chill guy too informing us of specials they had going for Covid. Awesome job and due your diligence, get your quotes from others, but know these are the best to choose from. We had Straight Line replace two old skylights that were leaking with new ones of the same brand. We got a couple estimates and theirs was the least expensive. It took quite a while to get on the schedule but we were kept informed of what to expect and they contacted on every date they said they would. There were a couple of issues but the coordinator kept us informed us about everything that came up. The crew was knowledgeable and professional and arrived on time. The end result is perfect. The skylights function as they should and look beautiful. I would recommend Straight Line Construction for your projects.

These guys were not the low bid.Why then did I choose Straight Line? Communication! About 2 years ago Straight Line came out to repair the siding and window trim at the front of the house. Their work was both professional and well done. When we decided the house needed painting we called Straight Line again to repair the water damage at the back of the house. Omar, Jack, and Tommy came out before the first rain and repaired the the siding and trim once again. I can recommend Straight Line with no reservations. Every one was great from Phil Smith who wrote up the contract, Chevy the service coordinator, Jose (Pepe) and his crew who did the dry rot replacement work, Brandon and his crew that put in the gutter guards and finally Brian & Daniel who came out and put the roof tiles back in place. Everyone from start to finish did a superb job. They had everything scheduled and we were notified in advance of showing up. They were always on time. Ryan finalized the contract with my final payment to Straight Line. I would recommend this very professional company to anyone. I recently read the reviews and decided to call Straight Line for an estimate for possible water seepage on the roof. Sharolyn answered the phone whom I found to be very personable and helpful. I was impressed with her helpfulness and digital communication...confirming my appointment via texting which can also be used to have questions/concerns answered by staff.Matt was able to come to the house within a few days. He inspected the suspected trouble spot on the roof (as indicated by another local roofing company with repair estimate). Matt found some minor seepage (staining on the felt) without indication of any ongoing problem. He then inspected the roof via drone over the roof finding no other issues. He checked the ceiling in the garage without any moisture indicated.Matt was very informative and personable letting me know we can just keep an eye on the area in question, and glad to return next year for a complimentary roof inspection.NOTE: I recently canceled a roofing contract from a local roofer due to poor communication/contract status-scheduling issues calling into question their credibility.

Straight Line did a great job on our roof (Foothills United Methodist Church). The final cost was slightly less than their proposal, and they were “on time.” In addition, we had a few unique situations and they proved to be excellent problem solvers.
