It took a little extra effort to align our schedules but Thomas Home Improvement was worth it! I work out of town and their willingness to accommodate my schedule was much appreciated.The crews upgraded my bathroom and I am quite pleased with the final product. We made an appointment for a bid two weeks ago for our secondary home, which is a 1.5 hour drive for us. 30 mins prior to our appointment, AFTER we had made the 1.5 hour drive up, he texted us stating he would not be coming; as our property was not within his service areas. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate in the manner in which he conducts business.
