I heard the company does good work so I called. Roofer came out to my house and sent me a quote. The job was more expensive than I hoped so I asked what it would cost to repair vs. re-roof. The roofer was then VERY rude to me via text and on the phone!!!! After weeks of going back and forth - (because he was terrible at returning phone calls and text messages) he told me he couldn't do the job, referred me to someone else and then began to insult me by saying "I really need a new roof and I can't afford it!" Who says that? He then hung up on me! I'm sorry but that is NOT how you treat a customer or anyone for that matter.

Jeff has done nothing but, led me on. Didn’t even get to the actual work. He has trouble returning a call or a text. Good luck if you use these guys. I don’t even want him to touch our house. No trust or faith in him.

I called San Ventura Roofing and they got back with me very quickly about doing my roof. Willy and Jose's crew did an amazing from the start. They cleaned up everyday and my home looks better than ever. I would highly recommend using them if you're doing anything roofing related.
