Way less people and this is by far the best, most organized Home Depot I been to so far. Since this Home Depot location is literally across the street from my work office, I put in my order for in-store pickup here. I also had to get a bag for my Rigid vacuum so I went inside the store to get my vacuum bag first. There was no one at the self checkout line so I was able to go straight to the register. After I paid for my vacuum bag, I went to the Customer Service area to pick up my order. At first I was confused because they really didn't tape out where you line up. But since they weren't busy, someone saw me and help me. There many parking here because it's in a plaza so you won't have any issues here. I saw only 3 curbside pickup spots next to the store so I don't know if there more spots.

My favorite thing about this Home Depot location is the trees in the parking lot that provide shade for your car. Easy to find a parking space, colorful garden section with shade cloth so the flowers aren't burned by our harsh summer sun, choice of several seed company choices on racks.

We placed an order for 2 appliances on 1 NOV. We set the delivery date and took the day off work to receive the order. The order was then cancelled suddenly. We lost that day of work. We reordered the order and lost our original shipping date, and couldnt get our 200$ gift card refunded that we used on the order. Days later we find out weve been charged for both orders, and upon talking to customer service, they say we wont be refunded the first order for possibly 3 weeks. So our 5500$ is being held hostage. We have been very patient but something needs to be done about this. We cannot go 3 weeks without this money. And there have been too many errors on Home Depots half for this to be ok. We are very frustrated and disappointed. Given what has occurred we are nervous to purchase large items again. As it seems our money will be held hostage pending any errors.

Worse experience... always. The TV commercial says: You can do it, we can help. That's FALSE advertising. Nobody knows anything. Every time I ask a question to all employees they don't know the answer. And that makes me make several trips until I figure it out myself. Management step up PLEASE!

If you’re a veteran just go to Lowe’s. If you don’t have an account they’ll still give you the military discount. Home Depot is still the worst.

This Home Depot is one big waste of time, waiting to pick up orders (and paid for) materials from building materials department. But even a day later, it wasn't pulled out!Go to Low's! much faster.Also, damaged material for sale at a full price. see pic

It was awesome there was an employee he wore glasses and had his nails painted black I forgot his name but he was so helpful in helping me choose which Milwaukee tool to get. I would recommend this Home Depot.

As a homeowner that enjoys doing most of my home improvement projects, I can't imagine starting them without a store that has everything I need to complete the job. Home Depot is my first choice for home and garden supplies, including on line shopping for cabinets and countertops.

Employee was very helpful just annoyed because website said this location had what I needed but when I got to the store Employee looked up what I wanted and said it was an online purchase only, so I bought it off Amazon it ended up being cheaper, but your Employee who helped me was great

Its Home depot, still dome deals but what they offer versus price points... Im starting to look elsewhere to use my money to gain the most value. Wholesale is now the best option for small contractors like me home depots cost for the type of quality goods is not there anymore but still there are deals depending on your trade and skills

I needed to return brand new never opened extension cords (helper bought the wrong ones) and because I didn’t have the receipt in hand wouldn’t do it. Not even give me store credit. I was visually upset and they had the nerve to try and sell me a credit card. Lowes is less then a mile away. You can guess where I shop now.

the kindest people in this store are simply the tradesmen who work in the yard, although it is not their responsibility they always try to help people in need, as the real home depot employees are never present.

WENT TO WALMART IN THE SAME CENTER AND GOT A FRESH 6' DOUGLAS FIR FOR THE SAME PRICE!!! $30 for a 3ft tree at Home Depot?! Over half the lot are unsold trees with old hard needles, the place is a fire hazard, Manager claims he got them yesterday and was rude, defensive and dismissive when I brought this to his attention. The young man packing the trees however stopped me as I was leaving and tried to help find another solution but unfortunately had no power to make any changes.

I had to make an exchange for a sprayer that was malfunctioning a week after I bought it. Pam at customer service made the process very easy. I looked for a new one to exchange but none were on the shelf but Pam was able to find that they did indeed have one left in stock. Thanks Pam!
