Called Kerr roofing for a quote on 3 building/homes on my property. Robbie arrived on April 4, 2018 to review work and promised a quote within a weeks time.After 6+ weeks with no response to my phone calls or receiving a quote. (in the meantime 4 other vendors came out and got me quotes) I emailed them a on June 20th and got a reply from Anne Kerr on the 21st saying I would have a quote from Robbie by the next Monday.No quote was received.Email again on July 10 and called - no response.Sent email on July 25th, again asking for a quote. I get a reply on July 26th saying "Sorry - booked into next year" Still no quote and I don't even need the work done until 2019 (Robbie knew this).They have poor customer service, very bad response times. If they are this busy and do not need new business they should not have wasted their time and mine coming out to do a quote in the first place.

I started roofing with the whole kerr family,in 1994.they embraced me and taught me a lot more than srong work ethic..more so than roofing,..honest,integrity,and most important..respect our community that we live in...I came from a bad background..this is a wonderful local business that should be recognized for that..and want to thank them....cause I'm still on the roof at 50 years old ...and they taught me ,literally, everything I lnow... thanks ,..miss you jack,rich,leigh,...the best...😉
