I’ve lived in Stanton for over 30 years. We’ve had roof replacement windows, flooring, just about everything you can imagine living in the Same home for this many years. Lots of different contractors, all with average results. That’s where Joel Martinez comes in. My Wife and I needed a new master bathroom ,so we started looking for contractors. Called Joel Martinez Construction , got the estimate which we felt was fare. A week later we started the project with a down to the Studs remodel. Joel is without a doubt the best contractor I’ve ever worked with. If most Businesses worked like him they’d all be successful. The completion of the bathroom came 3 weeks later. It was perfect. From The floor tiles to the lighting. Turn Key is how I would describe it. I only wish I’d used Joel a few years ago when I started a kitchen remodel. I’m already planning some projects for him in 2024, if you’re in the OC due yourselves a favor and talk to Joel before you starting your next home improvement project you won’t regret it. Joel at Martinez House Remodeling is the best. I have used so many contractors and Joel is honest, very friendly and takes his time to explain what I needed. I took down walls in my house and he made sure to reinforce the structure. Other contractors gave me quotes without reinforcing. In the long run the structure would had failed. I recommend him to all my family and friends and they always thank me for introducing Joel to them. I have been using Joel for years and would never have anybody else working in my house and other properties I own. Highly recommend!

I needed a toilet installation asap and he was very responsive. Not only that, he was able to do it fast and well too!He patched up some extra cracks in the walls without asking. Very professional and efficient!I ended up calling him back to install some recess lightings that worked beautifully!

Our real estate company is always looking for top notch quality contractors because they are truly few and far between.
