Since redoing our ceilings, Thai and his crew redid our bathroom. They did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. They were easy to work with throughout, were highly respectful of our house (e.g., putting down cloth to walk on, tidying up in the evenings), and helped us find creative solutions to get everything we wanted into our (small) footprint. And, they made sure everything was perfect. They're going to be the first people we call when we remodel our kitchen.

1 Degree Construction did a great job communicating with us about estimates and then when work started they sent a sight supervisor who was excellent at communicating the plan to us. The workers were on time and efficient and the quality of work was really good. We had flooring installed and a new vanity installed. The flooring quality was great, especially the carpet installers. The new baseboards were installed beautifully. The carpet install on the stairs came out so well! We had some drywall patchwork when the vanity relocated and they did okay- The drywall patchwork was not as good of quality so the seams are visible. The tile-work, however, was done very well. (We also had an old shower pan reglazed and it turned out very nice. - Great option if your budget is low.)

Just got both our kitchen and backyard remodeled and I'm very happy with the results. We called to set up an inspection and the technician was very polite in confirming everything and arrived on time. I was a bit surprised by the estimate at first, but Thai was able to give us a great offer and even walked us through the various financing options. In the end we were able to go through with the project without hurting my wallet and we even ended up going with a white color rather than the olive green we guard agreed on. My brother just converted his garage- wish we would've know about you guys sooner!

It was a full kitchen remodel and it was a pretty big project because I had many requests and wanted something unique between classic and modern. Thai from1 Degree was great. I have worked with a number of contractors both professionally and personally, and Thai and his team are the best. Very conscientious, professional, patient and kind. And amazing at what they do.Thai is very hands on and always available to answer any questions. I cannot say enough great things about this company. We decided to go with them for our kitchen remodel after getting multiple other bids. They were not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. However, when I contacted them for an estimate and David came out, I quickly became very comfortable and happy with what he had to say/offer/ and explain what was possible. Thai and his team did a spectacular job on our kitchen project. Our project was on the minor side - just added some cabinets and a countertop along a wall. However Thai did not make our job seem any less important than any of the other larger projects he had going on - he was available to us whenever we had questions and provided clarity every step of the way.The job we did was a custom cabinet job so he had his design specialist come in and help us build out exactly what we wanted. From there we ordered parts and got the ball rolling - most other places quoted several weeks and sometimes months lead time, however Thai did everything from start to finish in about a month.

We hired 1 Degree to tackle a full gut and renovation of our kitchen, powder room and laundry room, and to paint the full exterior of our 1910 craftsman. The team completed installation of custom brick flooring, relocation of electrical and plumbing, all new appliance installation, and a full set of custom cabinetry in the kitchen and laundry.
