It was such a pleasure working with Build Method Construction! My fiancé and I just moved into our new starter home and wanted to expand the kitchen, redo all of the flooring, and update one of our bathrooms. We were highly recommended by one of our friends to use Build Method. After they came for the initial consultation, I knew why the praise was so high. One of the owners, Danny, was incredibly professional getting everything set up, and from there, Adam and Orr had the entire project handled from day one. They are very reasonably priced because they take care of the entire project for you so it's definitely worth it. They kept us in the loop throughout the entire project. They even paired us up with their in-home designer to help us pick out all of the finishes and designs. We could be happier going with Build Method Construction and would highly recommend them!

Honesty, integrity, a man of his word, and the highest standards.Our project consisted of transforming a wing of our home into a 2 bds/2 bth guest house. During our initial walk-through, Orr listened and was receptive to our requests. He provided honest assessments of our project and a clear & concise scope of work along with the respective milestone schedule. Once our agreement was completed, he hit the ground running. He made sure crews were on-site and daily walk-throughs were done at the end of each day. Throughout the project, he provided valuable insight to help us maximize functionality and reduce costs where possible. Not only did he maintain constant communication but also went out of his way to make sure any concerns were answered quickly. Throughout the project, we always felt considered and a priority. Contacted Build Method to help me renovate my new house. They were constantly going above and beyond. I had plumbing, electrical and framing issues. They were able to quickly fix our problems. I originally met with Adam the General Contractor and he was far more experienced than the other contractors I interviewed. We clicked right away because he saw my vision of opening up walls to really capture the open floor plan that I always dreamed of. We renovated the entire house including the kitchen 5 bathrooms and backyard outdoor kitchen and pergola. The team super professional and got my job done in 4 and a half months just as promised. More often than not, people have terrible experiences with home construction projects. Contractors overpromise and underdeliver, the job takes twice as long as it should, and you end up paying way over budget. Well, Build Method Construction has turned all of that on its head. Working with them was honestly one of the easiest and smoothest experiences I've ever had. They were responsive, helpful, responsible, and true to their word. Not only did they deliver what they promised, but they went above and beyond with excellent customer service and design advice we didn't even know we needed! Danny handled everything on the finance side promptly and transparently, and Orr was the nicest and most genuine contractor we've ever worked with. This review is long overdue after the amazing job Orr and the Build Method team did on my kitchen and bathroom remodel! I was referred by a friend after his experience and they exceeded all my expectations. There whole team was always on call (which never happened with my last contractor) and made it very easy for us to communicate. They stuck to the timeline of when they said they would finish, were accommodating of my busy schedule and super patient with some changes I had throughout my project. Overall super happy with how everything turned out.Thank you Build Method!

I have no idea how these guys just started yelp, and am glad I can be the first to rave about them!Build Method Construction was referred to me by a colleague of mine and I couldn't be happier to find such a reliable contractor! The office was super easy to get in touch with and set up the initial meeting. They sent over one of their project managers, Adam, so we can show him our vision to get our newly purchased house remodeled to our liking! Adam was extremely thorough on so many different levels-- explaining how the work was done, who was going to be involved, who was our point of contact and most importantly....TIMELINE!!My wife & I did not want to be dealing with paying for rent while our full home Reno/addition was going on because we knew how construction can be. Adam and the team said they would be sticking to the timeline and focus on an incredible end product! We are so happy about remodeling the house by adding 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. The design help from Adam could not have been better! Throughout the project another project manager named Orr was great to work with. We wanted to mention him because we really saw the attention to detail he put into our project and instilled into his crew.I am the kind of person that doesn't have patience for mistakes so I tend to micromanage. However, I did not have to step in at any moment which is the best part of this company! Well done to the entire Build Method Construction team! We love our beautiful house!!!!

This company has gone through hell and back with the city building department to make our project happen and we could not be more appreciative! We met with Adam & Orr to go over our addition / full home make over. We were hesitant to get started during covid of course but they had reassured us that they would take care of everything from planning to construction. They expedited the planning and were able to get plans approved pretty easily during this time. We were amazed at how quickly they were able to start construction and how they showed up to the job every single day throughout these 2.5 months! The crew was incredible and kept the job site clean on a weekly basis. Their finished labor workers were the cherry on top of everything! Extremely satisfied with how our kitchen remodel turned out! Build method construction was able to control everything and didn’t require us to be at the job site (which was great as my wife and I are pretty busy). They sent us updates and kept us informed almost everyday. They far exceeded our expectations in making this remodel so easy and it turned out beautiful! I can’t believe how quick these guys are! I called them to remodel 3 of my bathrooms, Kitchen & flooring throughout my newly purchased home. Even during this crazy pandemic, they had their allocated crew on site every day as promised. Every single person on the crew had gloves and a mask on which was very comforting. I dealt with Adam and Orr throughout the entire project. They were on site every single day, delivering all of the materials, coordinating inspections, I was literally hands off completely. The best part is I never had to check up on them, I was really scared to even leave my house through this time so to have those guys on site taking care of the project was incredible! Thanks so much to the entire Build Method Construction team! We are super happy with our newly remodeled home!

I worked with Adam from Build Method Construction a little over a year ago. He converted our basic garage into a room. Drywall, painting, and also added an attic with a ceiling and recessed lighting. The process of dealing with Adam was challenging, never knew what days his team was showing up, not showing up, etc. He was very responsive in the beginning before the deal was signed, but once the deal was signed and there began to be problems, he became almost impossible to get ahold of with every excuse in the book. Bottom line, I held out on this review, because this isn't my style to do this, but our attic door that they installed is almost impossible to open, and just yesterday it finally broke off. Of course, I sent Adam a text to see if he had any suggestions and no response. I would not recommend this company unless you work from home and can be your own general contractor...that's what I did and that's the only reason why this job got done.

Wow!!!!!! This company is the real deal!!!! I'm so happy I found these guys to take on my first home and first remodel! I got refered to them by one of my clients and called them right after closing escrow on my first home that obviously needed work done immediately before I was able to move in. I initially spoke to Adam and he was super quick to respond. He came over the next day to inspect my house and walk me through the entire process from start to finish. These are progress pictures from the first week if demo and I am amazed on how quickly things are moving! I will update this review to see if their finish is the real deal, but so far so good!!!!

The office was super easy to work with and set up our initial meeting with Chris one of their project managers. We loved Chris from the moment he stepped into our house! He walked us through the entire process from start to finish and the decision to use Build Method was a no brainer! Their team was on time every single day, the project took only 5 months from start to finish. Chris and his team could not be more attentive to detail it was such an easy job for us when we thought it would be a complete nightmare like so many people were saying. My fiancé and I just moved to West Hollywood and it has been crazy during this pandemic. We met with Adam and Orr the general contractors that were assigned to my beautifully boned yet ugly home. These guys are awesome! After having a few contractors come and give me a quote on my kitchen and master bath remodel, I knew I had to go with Build Method. Although their estimate was a little higher than the others, we instantly saw the value in them and were glad we did. They took care of the entire permitting process, shopping and picking up finishes, and managing the entire process. It was a pleasure working with the Build Method team! My family and I were in the process of getting 2 of our bathrooms redone and had no idea where to start. We knew we wanted to find an honest, high quality, and professional contractor. We actually stumbled across their instagram page a while bit ago and then looked into their reviews which definitely gave us more reassurance. One of the owners, Danny, was easy to get ahold of and very professional. He sent one of his contractors, Adam, the very next day to look at our current bathrooms. He even wore a mask & gloves to ensure our family’s safety. He went through all the different ideas and options and within a day or so put together a proposal. It was a little bit more than we originally anticipated BUT you pay for what you get. The effort, attention, and management your project gets is second to none. They always had Adam or the other project manager Orr on site checking in to make sure things were getting done and done right. The results of the project was better than our expectations and we can’t wait to use them again for future projects. We would absolutely recommend!

This is how construction should always be!!! What a great team they have at Build Method Construction, I could not be happier! My mom just bought a house and had me deal with getting bids contractors, but let me tell you it was such a hard process to find someone that my mom and I trusted. We initially met with Adam & Orr, they were very knowledgeable about the process for remodeling our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I needed a company that does everything so that my mom and I could be hands off, we really had no idea what to do or how. They ran us through the entire process so clearly that it was an obvious choice on who we were going to choose. Every other company had something missing, but they really had it all. They took us shopping for materials, they scheduled all of the city inspections, they picked up all materials for us, it was amazing! We got really spooked with all of these horror stories, thank god they were the complete opposite of that! The finish was where we were really impressed, they have true professionals on site, bravo Build Method!! Will refer you to all of my family and friends!

After much consideration and meeting with contractors, my wife and I chose to use Orr and Adam for our kitchen remodel. They exceeded our expectations on every aspect and that is the reason for this review. We had envisioned an open floor plan but had some load bearing walls that needed to be removed. Once construction started, everything moved fairly quick since our deadline was to have it done before Christmas. Wow, this company exceeded our expectations on every level! They completed our bathroom remodel in one week. After promising us 2 weeks time frame to complete the project as my husband and I were out of town, they finished well below that time frame and were super professional throughout the process. I usually don’t like to change anything in my life. Once I have the restaurant I like, I make it my go to place, once I have a certain service that I like I never change it. Unfortunately my main contractor went out of business but I was introduced to the Build Method Construction team this year. I just relocated to Beverly Hills and the house was in need of a major remodel and addition to accommodate my needs. Danny the owner was very responsive from the get go on setting up the GC to come out with my crazy schedule so thank you for working with me on that guys! Adam the general contractor/ designer was amazing and really became the Tom Brady of this project. Everything he promised me from start of the planning phase to completion of final touch ups met my standards or even surpassed what I was expecting! This review is going to be long so grab some popcorn.I had a very big job for my house (needed to add 230 sq ft, build two new bathrooms, completely redo hvac, wiring, plumbing, etc). I spoke to several different contractors and ultimately decided on Build Method. I was understandably nervous about hiring them because contractors sometimes have a bad rap but Build Method was excellent and did an amazing, terrific job.Orr Barouch was my project manager and he was at my house pretty much every day making sure the project was moving along quickly. All the workers (Selvin, Reuben, Jose, Leo, Renee, Victor, etc) were terrific and very respectful. They also worked so hard; I was extremely impressed with everyone's work ethic.I was a little nervous about having strangers in and out of my house every day for 4 months straight but I always felt safe and at ease with everyone. Orr and everyone else was always very patient with me and answered all of my (many) questions.Danny Kab is another co-owner and he's the guy you will be communicating with initially and throughout the project on invoice / non-construction matters. Danny and Orr plan to grow Build Method so they are here for the long haul and they will do an amazing job for you just like they did for me. They will certainly be the first people I call for my future and bigger jobs.In this increasingly competitive world that we live in, a company will survive and thrive by offering superior products or service. Just completed a full bathroom remodel for both my powder and master bathrooms. This company earned my wife and I's business because we were having issues with a previous contractor. I was being sent to the city by my old contractor to find out information about remodeling my bathroom and it was just a completely annoying and time wasting process. Orr assured me they do everything on the job and I was able to just come in to make sure the remodel was going according to plan. They were completely transparent about any changes or small issues we incurred which was a relief. There team was on site everyday and completed our powder room in 2 weeks (which was what they proposed) and that's why we gave them the master bathroom. We just completed a large renovation in our home that included complete remodels of 2 bathrooms, floors throughout the house, our entry way, kitchen countertops/backsplash, as well as our bonus room and we are so happy with not only how everything turned out but how easy Orr and his team made the process for us. My family and I were looking to build an ADU on our property for rental income but had no idea where to start. We reached out to a few companies but none of them responded at the professional level like Build Method Construction! They were so thorough, helped with the entire “planning phase”. After we had plans, they pulled all the necessary permits and then we were off! The ADU took about 5 months to build and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
