I have never done a renovation before and decided to start with my master bathroom. I chose Creative Home Remodeling Group online after reading reviews and comparing to other companies. I submitted a request for a quote and someone called back immediately and made an appointment with me. Ben was the project manager that came to my home to look at my project and give his suggestions regarding possibilities for the room. He was cordial, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He submitted his written proposal in a timely fashion and I quickly made the decision to proceed with this company. What impressed me most about Ben is his attention to detail and his communication skills. He called me almost everyday of the remodel and was onsite all the time. His team of skilled workers were awesome and I was very happy with their work. We had a slight delay with the timeline as we failed the first inspection. It had nothing to do with the work, but rather an old school inspector that was unnecessarily over diligent. That set us back a week, but we still completed the project by Thanksgiving which was my goal. Ben worked extra hard to make this happen and I was extremely grateful. Overall, I would highly recommend this company and I plan to use them again for a future project next year. I've heard horror stories about contractors, but Ben was was great! I look forward to working with him again.

I was in need of redoing the shower in my bathroom. It had developed a leak in the valve behind the tile. The tile was original to the house. So, I needed to have a complete tear-out and re-tiling of the shower as well as the bathroom floor.I got 4 estimates for this work and I decided on Creative Home Remodeling Group. I dealt mainly with Ben, the general contractor. I had told him my reservations in using a general contractor from years past. Ben made sure that all of my concerns were met to my satisfaction.He communicated with me froom start to finish. He worked around my work schedule. There were a couple hiccups along the way, but they were dealt with in a timely manner.All in all, it was well-handled and all the trades involved made sure to clean up each day. The tile and painting were well-done, as well as the plumbing and initial tear-out of the tile and vanity and the toilet.I really appreciated everyone involved to make this job as seamless as possible. The bathroom looks really nice. Thank you.

Working with David and creative home remodeling group was a truly positive experience. Their team of electricians painters drywaller’s floor persons were all good at what they did, pleasant and left the work area clean each day. There was a “wrinkle“ I was able to call David and it was taken care of in a timely manner. What I use David and Creative remodeling group again, absolutely. Would I recommend the group, of course. Most importantly, I love my new kitchen. Thank you David and Creative remodeling group.

The subcontractors were excellent, always showed up on time and did quality work. We received multiple estimates and ended up going with Creative Home because: 1. Their cost estimate was really good; 2. We reached out to someone who used them and she gave a glowing review and 3. They were all just really nice and seemed like decent people. We are SO glad we went with them. They finished the project on time and within budget (what a concept). They are extremely responsive and would return a text or call very quickly. We had a blockage somewhere in our plumbing line and couldn't use our upstairs toilet for over a year. Our contractor Ben Sviri from Creative Home Remodeling Group came out to our condo with his plumber to assess it. Not only did they find the blockage (PVC pipe), they also removed it and patched it up the same day! If you need an addition built on your house, I'd highly recommend you give Creative Remodeling a call. We used them to add a master suite which makes our house much more livable. We've also decided to add decking in the back yard off the the back of the house. Oh, and this was after working with them during Covid on a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. So that makes us repeat, on repeat, on repeat customers. The work is quick, to a good quality, and they listen to what the customer wants and have dealt with the odd snafu without any push back. I used Creative Remodeling Group for my kitchen remodel. Ben Sviri was the contractor in charge of my project. What I loved most was that when Ben said he was going to do something, he did it! He and his team arrived when they said they would. They were respectful of our family and our house and did everything they could to be as unobtrusive as possible. When they were done for the day they cleaned up everything and left it orderly. The project was done within the time frame that I was told. Ben was always available to answer my questions and help me with direction when needed. I couldn’t be happier with the performance of this company and the outcome of my beautiful kitchen!

They rebuilt my 2nd story balcony/deck to match the old look and they did a great job! I chose to go with Trex (wood alternative composite) for the flooring so that it would last longer and be impervious to termites and water damage. The installation and subsequent painting look great. Very happy with the result and highly recommend this company.

We've been in our Lakewood home over 27 years and finally made the decision to put our "60's kitchen out to pasture.We had three good contractors bid for this project. We were most impressed by Ben Sviri of Creative Home Remodeling Group. His enthusiasm, attention to detail and follow-thru remained constant from concept to completion.Ben overperformed and under promised. His crew of company contractor specialists have been with him for years, and their rapport and communication showed in the finished project. He was on site and/or in phone contact with them and us constantly. They finished ahead of time with Ben staying on task through each stage and to final inspection.No reflection on Ben or his company, but us being a first- time user of a contractor's services, we were a little green about the process, the quotation and what to expect. It is often said to add 20% to the bid for unexpected costs. There were two legitimate additions that couldn't be anticipated. They were fully explained and understood.It is important for anyone doing this, to make good notes and keep in mind what the bidder is contracting to provide and what your responsibilities will be. Ben made this clear from the start-nothing hidden.Many items required us to go to the vendor, choose, and to pay directly, outside the bid parameters. These items-specifically: the vinyl flooring, the quartz counter tops and backsplash, sink, faucet and disposal being the main ones. For the most part, only the highest expense (the cabinets) was factored into the quotation.My wife and I would use Ben Sviri and Creative Remodel again and recommend him and his Studio City company without reservation.

It is almost impossible to find the right words to describe just how pleased we are with the work Ben Sviri and his team from Creative Home Remodeling Group did for us during our recent bathroom remodeling project. We are very happy with their excellent work.At the beginning they gave us a very comprehensive assessment of what we needed to do to accomplish our goals, and they provided a detailed and competitive bid. From the outset, and throughout the project, Ben provided excellent communication, answered our all our questions, and responded to our needs in a timely, thorough and flexible manner. All along the way, he informed us in advance about the steps and timeframes in the process.He orchestrated this complex process with great deftness. He arranged the work schedule, fit together all the pieces of the puzzle and kept us fully informed. His workers showed up on time. They were all professional, courteous, and efficient. And they cleaned up after themselves.But most of all, his team displayed a high level of skill. We are grateful to each of them for their very good work: Ariel the plumber, Francisco the framer, Fredo and Fernando the electricians, Angel the tile guy, and Gregorio the painter. We didn’t need the inspector’s comments to know that they had done a good job, but his glowing remarks on the final product affirmed our own assessment.We were also very pleased that the project was completed within the timeframe we had agreed upon. Despite a couple of delays that were unforeseen and not their fault, Ben was able to accelerate the schedule so that it could be done on time.One often hears people say, “the proof is in the pudding.” The pudding, our new bathroom, is great. We hired CHR to remodel our old 1950's kitchen which required a complete layout change, new floor, new windows, and wall extension. The job was complex even though it was a small kitchen. The project manager was responsive, flexible with our requests, and did an excellent job coordinating the work as well as helping out with design features.
