wish I can mark 10 stars review but the best is 5 star review!!! I recently had to legalize ADU in Santa Monica City, and if you familiar with the regulations, you would know that it’s not an easy process dealing with this city. David Davis, was my man who oversee the whole project. He promised to do it in 2-3 weeks, which I told him: “you are dreaming” but a little over 2 weeks he completed the job. WOW!!! I couldn’t believe how the whole experience was nothing but positive. David really knows construction, he knows how to work with inspectors, his prices are reasonable, he stand behind his word and his workers are devoted and wonderful. They keep the space clean, quiet and they are detail oriented. His supervisor Devin is wonderful and really care to do the best job. I don’t know what else I can say besides recomand anyone who needs any job small or big, with or without permit etc give it a try. I interview 5 others construction companies before I decided on SCD Construction and this was the best choice. I already refered them to my dautgher who her contractor left her with undone job and I’m also going to let them paint the exterior of my home. Thank you David Davis for doing such service to people with love, the community needs more honest people who cares like you.
