They do not answer the phone and ask you to text. They respond 1/2 the time to texts. Told me they could come Tuesday afternoon but never responded to time or a request to text me when arriving. So disappointed. Just be honest if you can't do the work or are too busy. Waited 4 days when I could have moved on w/another contractor.

I saw this on the BBB website. Can you respond?The roof looks fine but when it started to rain I 3 leaks, all around heater vents. And also one where the patio roof meets the wall. After many calls and emails, I finally got a hold of his wife who apparently is also his secretary and she was really nasty to me, starting to blame me for the leaks and asking me why I hadn't called sooner.. We live in **********, I hardly ever rains here so I can very well call when it's been sunny the past 5 month. She finally calmed down and apologized, but it took several more attempts before Time finally came out and fixed the problem, but I had to fix the inside where the leaks had been so bad that the ceiling around the vents had to be redone and repainted...he never once offered to do it. Then there was a problem with the gutters he had installed, they were not draining properly and 2" of water would just sit in the middle of the gutter. So that took another several attempts to get him back out and adjust that. First time he shows up he was here for about 2 minutes and decides he needs a couple of helpers...then never shows up again until I made several more calls and emails. then he finally shows up but didn't have the right ladder or extra help...repeat...finally shows up with his mom as his helper but still not the right ladder so he is leaning a metal ladder directly on my new $1000 gutters and now they are all scratched. I pointed that out to him at the time because I could see the scratches right away, but he just ignored me..and then when I mentioned it again he said he would come back with touch up paint and fix it...Sure. It's been about 9 month and at least 3 attempts to contact him and I have not heard a word. I even told him I would do the touch up myself but needed to proper paint.
