My experience with Nathan and Castle Oak Homes was amazing and unique. I was the Trustee for my Aunt. Her home was located in Tehachipi CA. I lived in Utah. I contacted Nathan and tried to prepare to sell her home ASAP. Unfortunately, the home was put in probate for over a year. With Nathan's help, we were able to coordinate and prepare the home to be sold once probate was cleared. Fortunately, the home was sold within a month with a short escrow.In my opinion they went the extra mile to assist me in selling the home. we purchased a home from Nathanael Harbison 3 1/2 Yrs ago in Bear Valley Springs. He was one of many who contacted us via the web. He was the only one who answered my questions with no hesitation and he repeated back to me exactly what I told him we wanted. Hew actually was listening when I was talking. I found that to a first, To actually have a sales person listen to my wants and needs. Last year I contacted him about buying two investment rental properties. One to make Air BNB Rental out of and the other Month to Month Rental. We had limited amount of time to get this done due to a 1031 Tax Exchange. He did what most Sales Reps don't wanna do. I originally spoke with Nathanael about a property I wanted to sell in California City. I live in Utah and had not visited the property in years. Listing the property with Mr. Nathanael Harbinson was a no brainer. His reputation and testimonials were impecable. His demeanor was very professional.
