She was always reassuring as well about getting the claim settled and work done. Victor did the repair, and the quality of workmanship was outstanding and flawless. Austin, handled the finalization of our claim. I had an extensive slab leak and luckily AAA set me up with Renovation Pros. I was so glad I had Erwin running my project. I hope his company recognizes how valuable he truly is. He assured me every step of the way and took care of any of my concerns. He was very professional and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. I wouldn’t have been able to make it through this process without him. I added some upgrades along the way and my home turned out beautifully.Their subcontractor Paul, who did my custom cabinets, did a great job on my custom European style modern cabinets which are hard to find in our area.This is an amazing group of people. From Linda in the office to the finishers who tied it all in.I can’t say enough how happy I am with Renovation Pros.

Great service company that over managed the process. I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling piping and after my plumber fixed the issue Renovation Pros came out to inspect and provide dryers.Once the site was stabilized, their adjusters and project folks got involved and totally managed the situation with my insurance company. They we detailed and very experienced, friendly with great followup.The actual repair team was the best and it took the 4 days drywall the ceiling and reshoot the ceiling and paint the ceiling and walls in the kitchen and den. Beautiful work. We have experience in repair isues and I would highly recommend this company which has a manging family at the core.

Overall a good company to work with. Although there were some minor hiccups on the quality of work, they took the feedback seriously and did fix it. Additionally, they got the work done fairly quickly with solid quality of work. Everyone was friendly to work with so would recommend.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. Austin, the project manager was very quick to respond whenever I had a question to be answered. They worked in a very timely matter and were able to finish my kitchen cabinets and flooring before the holidays. Our condo suffered badly from a fire in an adjacent condo. There was water damage, heat damage and smoke damage. Our insurance referred us to Renovation Pros and we are super happy with the results of their work. They reassured us and supported us from the beginning when things were quite grim. My flood project took 5 months. Communication was hit and miss. They will arrive a certain day then don’t show up. This drove me nuts I would write it on my calendar so I could plan my day.I can’t believe they installed the pantry butted up against another wall that prevented the pantry doors from opening all the way. Also when the countertop was installed they left the caulking all jagged and nasty looking the backsplash up the wall I had to call them back to fix it. Ican’t understand why they didn’t catch that themselves. It was so obvious. Did they come back and fix the pantry. He had to move it over and put a strip there between the wall and the side of the pantry but that took more weeks so all in all I gave them a three.

We had a roof leak that caused some damage to the ceiling and dry wall in our loft and bedroom upstairs in our home. Renovation Pros was recommended by our insurance provider and we’re extremely happy with the repairs. The work was completed in the time frame given and it looked so good we decided to have Renovation Pros replace our downstairs flooring. I would like to give a special “Thank you to Linda, Athena and Alex for treating us like family.” Renovation Pro’s were always on time , very professional, and treated our home as if it was their own. Do you remember the first time you moved into your new house. Well that’s the feeling we have now because Renovation Pros have our home looking brand new again. I can’t thank Renovation Pros enough for giving us our new home back. My wife is extremely happy and satisfied. Happy Wife , Happy Life. The first review is from 2020. The second one is 2021.I couldn’t be happier with the work that Renovation Pros did! I had damage to my drywall and molding from a flood, and it was repaired perfectly! You can’t tell anything ever happened, which is what they promised me before they started. They sent out Alex and Andrew who were professional, courteous and meticulous. I would highly recommend this company!2021: I had another water damage issue in my home and requested Renovation Pros through my insurance. I was so happy with them last year I wanted to make sure they did the repairs again. So glad I did! Awesome job! Do not use. They don’t care about you or their quality of work. Took a year to get done. Have to have them come back numerous times for the floor which still is not put in correctly. A brand new garage disposal went bad in less than six months and I had to have a plumber come out and replace it on my own dime more like 600 dimes. Found out they hadn’t put an air gap in correctly and that caused the garage disposal to break. They came out and put the air gap in but caused the garage disposal not to work which is only two weeks old. Stay away.

Renovation Pros completed my kitchen restoration and it looks beautiful. My kitchen was flooded by a broken pipe in my upstairs neighbor's kitchen. My kitchen was completed flooded and everything had to be removed down to the studs. Flavio did an amazing job reconstructing my kitchen, sink, cabinets, microwave, dishwasher...everything to the last detail. He was early or on time every morning and worked diligently throughout the day until the job was completed. Flavio would check in with me and explain what he was going to do for the day and at the end of the day, let me know what was completed. One thing that really impressed me, was at the end of each work day, his work area was completely cleaned...no dust, tools, trash...nothing was left out. I recently had a sewer line back up and needed restoration services. Promises of professional quality workmanship were many however on the last day of work final inspection showed many exceptions to the Promises of professional quality workmanship.In fairness I will say,the tile crew workmanship in the bathrooms was without a doubt very very nice.The crew that did the installation of vanities and faucets, showers also did an amazing job.The crew that did the wood flooring and baseboards was outstanding and professional quality workmanship shows .That is where the professional quality workmanship ends, the painters painted over defects, chaulking left behind after demolition and replacement of door jams and moldings. They also left runs, painted over dust and dirt left behind from the demolition.The sheetrock crew did a job that leaves no doubt..it is bad. You can run your hand over the areas replaced during repairs and easily feel and see the poor workmanship.In fairness the project coordinator/supervisor ErwinAaman ask,did I want him to call back the painters, he seem to think the sheetrock repairs were OK. From beginning to end the communication was horrible. Missed deadlines, not enough material, uninformed staff on scope of work. A project that should’ve taken 2-3 weeks ended up taking 6-7 weeks.The finished product was great, but customer service is very lacking.
