I had a really good experience with Statewide Roofing. I dealt mainly with Nolan Burch. He demonstrated to me that he is quite knowledgeable about roofing processes. Their team arrived last week on Wednesday and tore off 900 sq feet in under 4 hours. Then on Thursday, they arrived with new materials and completed the roofing installation well before the day was done. I liked that they went around the building and picked up virtually every bit of debris that came off the roof. Due to the minimal slope on our roof, Statewide correctly advised that we use torched-down roll roofing for our project. I walked the entire roof on Friday and I found everything looked perfect. I would recommend them to my friends and family.Service: Roof installation

Update: They have been good to work with after the initial hiccup so I am changing my star rating.Original Review: I had a 2-4pm window for a $750 emergency tarp job and they no called and no showed. I called at 4:30 and was told they would be there but were running late. Now I just have a leaky roof and have to call another roofer. I realize that companies are busy right now because of the weather but communication (or lack of it) says a lot about a business’ respect for the customer.I did receive a text at 5pm saying thanks for doing business and to leave a review so here’s the review. 1 star.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof damage repair

Statewide did our roof a couple of months ago, they were very professional and paid very close attention to detail. They even put in a skylight at a very low price, which added so much light into our upstairs hallway. They communicated with me through the whole process sent me reminder cards leading up to the job date. Also after the job was done, me being ocd about the colors I requested fort them to paint a vent pipe to match, they came back to do it, which was very impressive to me…usually most companies once they have their money they don’t come back. Highly recommend them you will not be disappointed!Service: Roof installation

We used Statewide based on reviews and obtaining 3 different estimates; they were the middle ground. We have a midcentury home so the roof had to be a rolled roofing material. We chose all black for sake of it already being ugly, they did urge us away from this as it is tough to keep the house cool. They were not wrong, if doing it again, I would have done away with the black. The disappointment first started with not getting a response back on the email I sent to the sales rep so having to call the office to ensure I got a reply. The rest seemed smooth sailing, the tear down was great, but what confused me was they told me they employed all their workers so there were no subcontractors, however these guys were. (To be honest, these guys were the best part of the project). They cleaned up and were very helpfu in ensuring not much mess. Once the new roof installation started happening, things went down hill. The debris was all over, the pool, our new patio pavers, and all over the garage. Bear in mind, we have an older home, (that what we realized had 0 plywood - which I’ll get to), so once the old roof was removed the entire garage was exposed. We did not have a classic car or anything of much value (this all depends on perspective) but the mess there wasn’t as big of deal. The tar dripping on our stuff however bothered me a bit. To continue, the flashing was cut in uneven pieces, so one strip of 10ft then like a random 1 ft piece, some of the flashing was bent, and some was not flush with the facia (which was done prior) so okay, makes sense. But then they divulged the most disappointing part for the excuses as to the flashing mishap: we have no plywood so this is why the flashing is uneven. My immediate response was, “wait we have no plywood”?! Why would they not have first, discovered this when quoting, but even if it wasn’t caught, mention it once the old roof was removed?! So now, the entire roof has been re-done with rolled roofing material, and ultimately only laid over it old wood slats with NO plywood! This sucks, there is nothing we can do about it and we spent $23k on this roof. They did come fix the unevenly cut pieces of the flashing and clean the messy tar as best they could. It felt like excuse after excuse, we are no roofing specialists, there is 0 way to know what materials are needed on our behalf, but I can promise you, even if it was an additional $5k we would have added the plywood if known. We have a neighbor doing their roof now, and of course, same old type of wood slats, no plywood, BUT guess what, the plywood was added. Cannot say I would recommend this company. I know this can effect them greatly. Very sorry to write this but this was an honest truthful experience. This effected is greatly and will for 10+ years.Service: Roof installation

I would unconditionally recommend Cody and Statewide Roofing!. He was very responsive and gave me options and pricing for various amounts of work depending on what they found once they took off the roof tiles where we knew we had a leak. When our roof needs total replacement, we will call him. For now, he took care of our problem quickly, efficiently and with the utmost professionalism.

The entire team at statewide roofing has done an amazing job on our house from start to finish! The owners of statewide are attentive and are there whenever you need them. Their workers are polite, curtious and most of all extremely talented. The project was completed in a timely manner and done to perfection. If you want a company to rely on, Statewide is the way to go. I would give a 10 stars if I could. Thanks to all at Statewide.
