We had reached out to Pulsar for a quote on a major gut renovation. It was a great experience working with Elena on a quote. During our home walkthrough, she was on time, professional, and helpful in immediately calling out suggestions or previous learnings from construction around the city that could bring risk to our desired timeline. They undoubtedly bring high end quality work, and their quote was very detailed/reasonable and focused on the right things. Ultimately we went with another contractor that included a dedicated full-time designer due to our unique situation of not having bandwidth to be available for decision-making for our contractors, but we were very impressed and would have gone with Pulsar otherwise. What are some of the most important things to look for when you hire a contractor?1) quality of work, 2) honesty, 3) attention to detail.Pulsar construction delivered everything above plus some of the other qualities that you can rarely find when looking for a contractor.They have passion, they care about your family and your house like it's their own.They are honest, they will tell you exactly what you need and what you don't need but within the maximum willingness.Meaning, any kind of vision you have, they will do their best to make it come true, in a most efficient ways.Most importantly, their quality of work is absolutely the best.They are a family business of husband and wife, Elena is so great at communicating. She is also very knowledgeable about interior design aspect, she will give you all the wonderful tips beyond the remodeling.Dmitry, not only he has an amazing knowledge about the actual construction, he sees things that you can easily miss and let you know in advance so that you don't need to waste your time and money.They are both warm and kind and treat you with respect, you will definitely feel like the most priority when you are working with them.Overall, they have everything what you are looking for when looking for a contractor, and if a top level high quality work is what you are looking for, they are the people you want to work with!

Pulsar Construction just finished our house remodeling! We purchased the home in January 2021. It took them 6 months to complete all the details including kitchen remodeling, 3 bathrooms, hardwood floor installation, stairs, and railings, interior and exterior painting.Elena and Ann were easy-going, helpful, and very responsive. Pulsar construction was hired as a general contractor in May ‘19 to do a complete master bathroom remodel for our family.Overall, the work was done very good. Elena was a pleasure to communicate with and also was great at coordinating the whole process. They did a great job at helping us with designs that fit our budget. The most important that they really care for quality of work and client’s concerns (we had many). Awesome! I contacted Pulsar Construction regarding our bathroom remodel project. Our manager was Elena. Specialists prepared an accurate estimate. The communication process with the manager was great! We liked the design, reasonable price, and decided to work with Pulsar. 

They were very attentive to our preferences, helped us with the finished design, and recommended the places for the tile, vanity and other materials. The team is very professional. They updated all plumbing, electrical, did waterproofing  of the walls and floor. They kept home clean during all construction process. Tile, tub, lights, vanity are so beautiful! We love our new bathroom!

Pulsar just completed a remodel of 3 bathrooms and other odd improvements to our house. We could not be happier with the results and process of working with Pulsar. First and foremost, their attention to detail and quality of their work is unbelievable. Their standards for perfection was far above ours. When challenges came up they were great with offering efficient and economical options that kept the job on schedule. The scope of work and billing process was transparent (no surprises!!). While no one likes to go through a remodel, they made it an enjoyable process and we now have 3 beautiful bathroom and our house looks great. We were so lucky to have found Pulsar Construction! We just finished a beautifully executed major renovation project including walls, floors and 2 bathrooms with this incredible team. From beginning, Pulsar team was knowledgeable, detail oriented and organized. Throughout our project, they maintained excellent work ethic by spending countless hours on site, staying in touch (almost daily) and sharing updates of completed work.After sharing my vision for the project Elena took great care of my wishes (she was really a customer advocate on construction site for me) in addition to helping us source local vendors (most of whom we used and loved). We also worked closely together to select materials, and it was so helpful to have a pro by my side for that - we made better decisions because of this!Dmitry is a constructor extraordinaries! He builds things to last. No joke! Our house will collapse before the bathrooms fall apart. Dmitrys attention to detail and precision made a huge difference in the final work. We love our new master bathroom! Pulsar Construction completed bathroom remodeling in 1 month! They discussed our ideas and created the beautiful space!Specialists helped us to prepare the design, choose the tile, vanity, and finishes. Contacted Pulsar Construction to drywall and paint our garage. Elena was very responsive and provided us with a reasonable quote as promised. Her husband Dmitry dropped off the materials a few days before the start date so their workers could start right on time which they did. Both Elena and Dmitry were there to oversee the work morning and end of shift. The work was completed on time with quality. Will continue to use their expertise in the future and strongly recommend their services. We are very happy with our garage!!!

We have found Pulsar Construction because we needed to replace our flooring in the kitchen and the living room after a kitchen pipe leak. At that time we had a 3 year old and a 5 year old kids in the house. I was very pleased how easy and fast they have installed the floors with almost no dust and no noise. Every time they would leave the house they would clean the floor the furniture spotless so we could carry on with our daily routine. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of the work they provide. Highly recommended!

Elena and Dimitri came to our house and noted and took photos of the extensive drywall repair to our large kitchen. They soon sent the quote for the labor and estimate of material cost and the time frame. Each day they and their workers arrived by around 8h30, covered floors and wrapped cabinets in plastic and first did electrical changes...moving a fan and installing a new separate switch and added a new recessed light. The drywall repair took the most time and it was evident that quality was their priority. Finally, they painted and then cleaned up. Each day they left us able to use the kitchen for dinner and breakfast. They often covered the floor again to keep the house clean. Ricardo and Danny worked diligently and thoroughly every day. Elena and Dimitry were delightful to work with and we highly recommend them. They are committed to providing an excellent product. They stayed close to the quote both in price and time frame. This is not my first time working with Elena and Dmitry of Pulsar Construction and there is definitely a reason I called them again.The first time my family worked with them was when they repaired my parents’ bathroom after there was water damage. They were thorough and timely. I was so impressed that I called Elena again when it was time for me to remodel my house.Again, Pulsar Construction far exceeded my expectations. Initially I called to remodel two bedrooms, one of which was to be converted to a nursery. I replaced the carpet with vinyl flooring, repainted, and tore down the old closet doors. Dmitry and his team also repaired the balcony and the wall damaged from a leaky roof. While going over the house we found a leaking pipe and Pulsar was able to upgrade the plumbing as well.I called them right before the holidays and they were able to start sooner than anticipated and they worked diligently to finish up in time for me to enjoy my “new home” before I had to return to work. They were so hard working and sometimes would work until 8pm.It was a joy working with them and I fully appreciate how well Elena communicated with me. I was updated at every step and I trusted them completely with my house.While I hope I won’t need to remodel/repair my house for a while I know I wouldn’t hesitate to call Pulsar Construction again and I have already started recommending them to my friends.

I first contacted Pulsar Construction on October 23 and by mid afternoon I received a quote. On Friday, we called Elena to let them know that we wanted to move forward. They were at our house at 9am the next morning. They quoted 3-5 days of work and they were finished by mid day 3 1/2 days later. We have had several similar jobs that took weeks to complete. We could not be happier with the professional interaction as well as the excellent work. They protected our furniture and flooring and left our home clean.We are already talking about using them for more work. They were $400 cheaper than another quote we received on Monday when Pulsar was 1/2 way done. Highly recommended.

Elena and Dimitri are an incredible contractor team. They were the only team that actually took measurements during the bidding process. Their bid came in very reasonable, they stayed within their initial estimate and within their estimated time frame. They are professional perfectionists with great knowledge of current codes and tips on how to make improvements that will last a lifetime. I strongly recommend this team but you can only hire them when I’m finished using them for my next project!!
