Although english is not our first language (our child is assisting us in penning this review), Grant and William were incredibly friendly and adept at clarifying every aspect of the job, including insurance matters and the contract details. we experienced significant issues in the valleys of our 25-year old tile roof in torrance. tanner and his team were able to identify the problem areas and performed an excellent repair job. they ended up replacing the crucial parts of the roof, which covered about a third of the more than 5,000 square feet. this area was most affected by leaf buildup from a ficus tree, which had caused the underlayers to rot. since the repair, we haven't encountered any more issues. in the future, we will undoubtedly require their services again to redo the remaining parts of the roof that were not addressed in this repair job. their service was punctual and professional, with commendable follow-up.
