I spoke to John from Barth roofing and I emailed them stating I needed “ALL” roof sidings replaced and when come to find out they didn’t change all sidings out. I emailed Jon and he stated they did the work he estimated for which are the barge rafters and I had stated “ALL SIDINGS” and emailed him pictures and he stated those are Facia boards! Excuse me you are the professional not me to know the names of these items.I was under assumption per his estimate and my clear conversation and email that “ALL” sidings would be included in his estimate. Miscommunication on their part was horrible and no resolution has come about this. Images were submitted to him and showed him they even changed some so called “Facias” and asked why would they change some and not all.Very Disappointed with these repairs.

I am a renter. My property management is getting bids. And I expressed to Barth we need to schedule for them before they just show up at my home. Calls at 7am on Sunday or 1 hr before hand the day of just didnt work. We had personal things both a wedding & funeral. & multiple times I've come home to them just at my home unannounced. My owner said they hadn't selected them todo the work and had another company coming. While out of town over the weekend I came home on Monday after taking kids to school which I told office staff please don't have your men just show up without notice its alarming to sitter. And someone was on the roof, fixing. The repair bill better not come done to me I told the coordinator who was getting bids, I wasn't home this company let themselves on roof. Odd to me.

Got a quote in 2 days. The person was professional, kind and knowelegable of what my roof needed and why. My neighbor got his roof done by barth and it looks great. I found them to be fair in cost.

It was New Years weekend, and I noticed some water stains starting to form on my living room ceiling, right above my TV. This was also a weekend off historic rainfall and winter storms.So I had to wait an extra day for businesses to open back up, and then I called every roofing company in town to try and get someone out to my house to fix this leak.Other companies gave me wait times from one week to one month, Barth offered to be at my place in 48 hours.So the roofers showed up and had my roof repaired in about 15 minutes. I had a broken tile on my roof, they took pictures and showed me the before and after.I can confidentiality say that Barth roofing is the best company in town.They are professional and if it's an emergency they will not keep you waiting.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof repair

When our roof started leaking around our HVAC unit in the winter we had to tarp off the whole thing and go without heat with a newborn. Had a great experience in spite of the never-ending rain storm. They started work, got the roof off and the plastic undercover down. Then a 30% chance of rain turned into a 5 day storm. Not one drop of water got through the plastic. They kept me informed the entire time and continued to reassure me. Their price was very competitive and we are very happy with the end result.

I had Barth Roofing do a repair for me a year ago. With our wet winter, it was decided to reroof the house. I had 3 quotes, and chose Barth. Although I had to wait almost 3 months for the new roof due to weather, it was worth the wait.
