Excellent new roof installed by B.A.S. and every detail is perfect. Brian and his crew were wonderful. They tore off the old shingles, repaired pieces of damaged plywood, covered with a very high quality material and then the shingles.The 2200 sq ft project was done in a totally clean, professional, timely and highly experienced way.We are more than happy. BAS is awesome. I highly recommend. What a wonderful purchase from a terrific local high quality company. I'd give 10 stars if I could...Great Job Brian and crew....

Since our house was built over time, our roof has many different levels to it. We weren't sure how to re-roof it, but Brian recommended the TPO roofing. It went on beautifully. We added what we call the space blanket and now we have the equivalent of R30 insulation where we had none before. In our fire-threatened area, it's a giant plus that TPO roofing is a Class A-rated material for fire resistance.The crew was prompt, worked hard, and did a great job. Last winter when the heavy snow cracked a roof beam in a porch area, the roof sagged but did not leak. When we jacked up and repaired the roof, it went back into place perfectly. No other kind of roofing could have done that. I highly recommend them!

We went with a BAS ROOFING but have been completely dissatisfied by the experience. Our old roof never leaked BUT since they reroofed we have had our old growth redwood ceilings ruined and we still have leaks in the car port that he wants to charge us to make it right. This is not how a local business should treat their customers. 12/18/23 Update. These roofers were the worst and they did not cover or stand by their work. With the latest rain our car port looks like swiss cheese with so many leaks. We even had to have another roofing company come this summer and re do a section of the roof( we had mold on the ceiling.) BAS are the worst. Do not recommend them to anyone. Worst job according to other roofer we hired to fix what BAS did. Only put one barrier layer down not two like normal.12/19/23 Update Found another area in our redwood cielings that is very damp. Do not use this company. They do not stand behind their work. And the owner's wife blew us off after calling so much. We strongly urge others to consider another company before BAS.

Yes, I had to wait awhile but the roof wasn't leaking and they were very clear about the time-frame. Brian's crew were courteous and professional and left no mess. I have not found 1 roofing nail in my yard!Services: Gutter installation, Roof repair, Roof installation

I was worried my roof repair would be months before Brain could get to it. The estimate was reasonable but honestly stated that scheduling was booked out to spring or later.Within a few weeks of signing the agreement, he was on site and the repairs were finished. The very next day the storm hit us and the rain hammered down for days.Brain called to check on us, just to make sure all was well. His crew are quiet, respectful and left no trace of debris behind.Thank you B.A.S. Roofers
