We are excited to say we have had the best experience ever with West Meridian Roofing, Inc.I reached out to Jeremiah for a quote, and from the very beginning to the finished project, we have been cared for like never before. In this new world of “It is What It Is” attitudes, we were not expecting such stellar customer service.Paul, from the Customer Care Center called me mid-project to touch on any concerns we may have, I had none, and let him know we were pleased so far (I was still holding my breath for a hiccup.) Eli supervised the amazing crew of gentleman and I must say, every one of them took care of our property as-if it was theirs, and aside of the noise from 5-6 men on my roof, you would have never know they were there.Our home looks beautiful and fresh again. We love the color we chose and the materials are all top quality.West Meridian Roofing was recommended to us by our neighbor and friend and now I would like to HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to everyone as well.I wish I could give more than 5 star rating as they deserve much more.

We received 4 bids to compare. Oshcon’s bid was drastically lower than the other companies (Everyone was using the same products) We did not have to compromise on quality! They were on time everyday. They completed the project in the time they said. They had to remove the original shingles on our 100 yr old house. The clean up was exceptional! Friendly and professional. Great experience with this company.

I was dreading replacing the roof of my 44 year-old house for at least 2 years. But I was very pleased with my experiences with Oshcon Construction in April of 2023. Both Jeremiah and Eli Estrada were very professional and courteous. All arrangements for building permits and trash disposal were taken care of by them. The crew that did the roofing job was very efficient and cleaned up the site as the job progressed. I found that I was not inconvenienced nearly as much as I had imagined. The quality of work appears to be excellent. I recommend that any person needing roof replacement consider this company. Their prices appear to be very competitive with other roofers in the area. Oshcon is a great company! We needed a new roof and I wanted solar panels as well but wasn't sure how to go about it. Jeremiah knocked on my door and was very friendly and professional answering all the questions I had. He then said we could work with empower solar and combine and finance the roof and solar together. Both companies did an amazing job. With ultilities usage skyrocketing, Solar is the way to go.OSHCON has the great, honest, fair pricing deal for you. They will explain everything to you, answer your questions.I should have gone Solar a little over 3-yrs ago when I first me them. But; I didn't, however; now I have. Don't wait to long in your decision to convert to Solar. Don't make the mistake I made and wait and decide later. Electric prices are going up without any sight of stopping.Hopefully; down the road in the future, they will find a solution for the use of natural gas. Gas has also skyrocketed up on price. The gas company has started to do what the electric company has been doing, step by step.At least; cut your cost in half.

I purchased a new roof from Oshcon Construction Company at a great value in comparison to other bids. The person in charge of the project was Jeramahia Estrada. He did an excellent job in explaining the contract and what the project would encompass. He was very professional, curteous and knowledgeable. His crew worked diligently and quickly to deliver a spectacular job! There were two people working from home in my household and Jeramahia worked around their schedule as to not interfere with thier work. I was so impressed with the quality and and value of their work that I recommended them to my son. My son had his roof replaced with them as well and was very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend this company!

I've owned my house for 11 years, and the roof has leaked the entire time (it was an as-is foreclosure purchase, and my inspector didn't notice the signs of the persistent leak issues). I was a first time home buyer, and didn't realize the mess I had gotten myself into until the next rainy season. I invested in some buckets, and started saving money to get the roof fixed--the only saving grace is that the extreme pitch of the roof (at least 9/12) probably prevented a bigger issues related to the leaky roof. But it also meant the project would be much more expensive, as the pitch would require a more experienced (expensive) roofing company.In August 2019, a massive dead pine tree on my neighbor's property fell on the back side of my house, piercing the roof in multiple places. As part of the insurance claim, the backside of the roof was replaced. Which meant I only needed to replace the front side!So I started the process of getting quotes for my project, stipulating with each contractor I contacted that: it was an extreme pitch, the roof had leaked for years and would likely have a lot of water damage, there was likely termite damage, and there were 5 dormer windows and one roofed porch that would be included in the project. About 50% of the contractors I asked for bid refused the project—it was either too much for them or their schedules were too busy.After gathering (5) quotes, I compared the bids. Conventional wisdom is to not go with the least expensive bid. My initial experiences with Jeremiah of Oshcon were so positive. Jeremiah provided me the quote when he said he would, he went out of his way to meet with me and go over the project parameters, he line-itemed additional work that might be needed so I would have a better idea of the cost of different aspects of the project, and answered all the questions I had about their work history, work portfolio, insurance, and bonding. He followed up with me at respectful intervals, and was always polite and straight forward. After reading some reviews online, I decided that Oshcon was the right general contractor for my roofing project. I signed the contract and gave them my down payment, and waited to be added to their busy roofing schedule.Within two weeks, Jeremiah had my house on the schedule. During the demo phase, it was discovered that the dormer windows on my house were never properly installed (which explained why they leaked!) and were not properly framed. This meant they were not salvageable, so decisions had to be made. They could install skylights, replace the dormers with properly framed dormers, or board them up and roof over them Jeremiah was able to quickly pivot the project, and provided me with pricing options that were reasonable. Since the dormers are the primary source of light and airflow on my second story, I went with a combination of replacement dormer and fixed and manual open skylight windows. Jeremiah quickly sourced the items needed, and his master carpenter (David) got to work building out the new dormer and installing the skylight windows. The backside of the roof took the previous company a week and a half to install--and there were no architectural features on that side of the roof. Oshcon's team of industrious workers got the roof completed within 6 business days, including the time it took to frame out and install the new windows and dormer. In 100+ degree August in Southern California. They were professional and respectful of my property and time, and even with the added expense of the dormer/windows, the entire project came out to be about what the next cheapest bid from a competitor was.I have absolutely no qualms about recommending Oshcon. They provided me with excellent customer service, and quality work. I can not say enough about Jerimiah and David. They went above and beyond for us. They came to give us a quote for an addition to my roof, I thought I needed. Took my plans to the city to clarify what was needed. They had an idea I didn’t need it but, didn’t say anything. Came back to tell me , we didn’t need it.
