Not impressed. Roof inspection because of the California Fair Plan insurance. Overcharged for inspecting a new roof. Gentleman who came did not have a ladder big enough to get on the roof and did not really have enough knowledge as he called his boss several times. Asked to have an age estimate for the roof longevity and they ignored my request. Also wanted the pictures they took and they ignored that also. A local contractor came and assessed the roof as new with longevity of 15 + years left. Would not recommend this company

Started off great with their quote and binder presentation to fix my leaking roof. Required you to sign a DocuSign contract that at first came in quick (with mistakes that had to be fixed) and then trickled in with the revised still incorrect version (was still waiting on the final as I write this review). Repair date came and went with them not giving me a new repair date. Communication and follow through soon became very unprofessional (sometimes aggressive) and then non-existent. Had to call/text so many times to get this job going (wasted 3 weeks doing this) I ended up canceling the job with them. Too many red flags prior to even starting the job.

Two appointments scheduled and they failed to show up to both. They want to schedule again but if they cannot show up and cannot follow-up by phone, then what type of professional work could I expect with them installing a new roof?
