Simply one of the best roofing companies in San Diego County. The owner has years of roofing experience and great judgement to help you decide if you need a repair or replacement. I work in property management and have used other licensed roofers that subbed out their work and left me with a new roof that wasn't done properly. Sandoval Roofing does not sub out his work and has long time experienced employees that do their work . I just hired their company to replace a hot mopped flat roof with a new torch down roof. The hardworking crew stripped the entire roof one day and put down a protective layer. The next couple of days they completed two layers of torch down. They were very careful to protect my tenants things and to clean up any mess. The new roof is beautiful and the process couldn't have gone better. My tenant reported they did an amazing job. Raymond the owner, is trustworthy and fair and your job is good hands if you choose Sandoval Roofing. I knew they had a great reputation and it was worth the wait to get into their schedule. I believe you will be very pleased with the outcome if you choose to hire Sandoval Roofing.

Sandoval Roofing just completed the complete replacement of the roof on my house. The result was an good-looking new roof that will last a long time. It is also so attractive that several neighbors have complimented me on its appearance!This is the third job that Sandoval Roofing has done for me, and they have delivered again. The project was several months in planning due to a solar power installation subsequent to the roof install, but they arrived on the agreed day, on time and went right to work.The tear-off went smoothly and was finished on day one. I was surprised it went so quickly, as the house is not small and the roof is fairly steep. Their truck left for the disposal of the tear-off at the end of the first day.The job also involved removing an older solar hot water heater. Extensive flashing was replaced for five skylights, as well as the flashing of all the vents and chimneys. The flashing was all painted to match the roof color which made it practically invisible.The Sandoval employees were all incredibly polite and friendly and were a joy to have around. They worked well together, each seeming to know his job. There was very little chatter or other distractions during the work day. They arrived on-time each morning. They cleaned up at the end of each work day, so the place was clean and usable without debris everywhere. The entire job was completed in just four days.Ownership is also easy to deal with. Raymond Sandoval is an affable man and exudes friendliness and integrity. I trusted him from the first time he did work for me and that trust has proven to be well placed. He and his company have delivered what they promised and more. His employees also speak highly of the boss and it is clear they all like their jobs.I will definitely use Sandoval Roofing again!.

In today's society it seems that no one does their job. I was very happy to find out that this is not the case with Sandoval Roofing. They showed up on time for starters. 12/26/2019Five stars +, Raymond provided a reasonable bid for a roofing repair job, 400-500 sq ft on a steep roof and work began on time and the crew of 4 completed the job in one day. These guys were consummate pros and as a licensed contractor they provide their own insurance. The crew showed up on time and were friendly, efficient and very professional. After the work was complete the repairs were explained and the materials required to complete the job were all included in the original bid including some extra tiles. We paid a fair price for an outstanding job I feel very comfortable recommending Sandoval Roofing.

I rarely write reviews but had to because everything about Raymond and his team was amazing. They were able to find a leak 3 other contractors had not been able to detect. Very professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond. We highly recommend and plan to use them when we replace the original roof in a larger area of the home. Also loved that Amber answered the phone when we called and treated us like family. Best of all, the repair of the mystery leak held up after flash thunder, lightning and rain storm this morning. Sandoval Roofing prepared our clay tile roof for a solar electric installation. The job was very professional, neat and cleaned up all the degree as well as power washed the driveway of any residue. Dishonest practices....was told I needed a new roof at a very high price. I decided to get a second opinion and the other company I went through told me I only needed a repair at a very low cost and they warrantied there work for lifetime of my roof....plus guy I spoke to from Sandoval roofing was very rude!!!
